M. H.Last minute trip to Shuropody Hanley today to find sandals for mum. (Last minute due to internet order/exchange from a different company) not arriving on time.
Mandy was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service taking time and
effort to ensure the sandals fitted mums feet comfortably. She managed to buy 2 pairs which she was more than happy with. She also had a couple of footcream samples which was a lovely gesture. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for your excellent customer service, it was very nice to see someone who actually cares about the customers.

It's all about the feet , from podiatry to foot assessments & shoes of course, but also gr8 advice & customer care .

H. S.I was terrified of having my feet looked at and wish I hadn't left it so long. I saw Tracy, she was amazing at her job and really friendly, she really put me at easy. Shuropody's foot care is well worth the money for an appointment and advice considering the NHS waiting list is so long. Booked in and seen within a week. Will be returning again.

Called in today with the hope I could see a chiropodist, although there were none on duty today the staff were very helpful and telephoned the Trentham Estate branch.
This enabled me to get an appointment with the chiropodist on duty there.
