Just absolutely unbelievable service. Jack is the nicest, most helpful guy in the business and couldn't have done more to hook us up. The store itself is also a thing of beauty and the products on sale are all of the very highest quality with a focus on ethical sourcing / production. Hiatus genuinely care about their craft and it shows. This is the only place I'll be going to to get my skate / surf gear from now on.

Online Order: Can’t fault the store, really quickly shipped and communication was above and beyond when I had a couple of hiccups with delivery due to events outside their control. The item was awesome so in all I’m very happy. Really recommend as they are an ace team!

Had been looking for a pair of Impala rollerskates for a while and came across Hiatus as a retailer. Employee/owner was very friendly and seemed to really know a lot about the products he is selling! Great service and he had some great recommendations for things to do/see in Swansea. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.
