The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. I use a mobility scooter and can access the shop, along one side. However, it isn't so easy to exit. Though a member of staff, will always walk ahead of me and move any shelving, that may be an issue. Highly recommend this shop.

Brilliant shop in terms of choice and sizes in stock. Large store well laid out. Very helpful staff, I got boots in the size I was looking for which were out of stock online , plus they were on 50% discount. Happy customer.

I have a fused ankle and due to swelling etc have terrible trouble finding any footwear that I can wear comfortably. Lindsey in swindon store to yesterday was amazing. So patient and helpful. Left very happy customer with 2 new pairs of footwear x thank you

I love this store. It's laid out well with plenty of room to manoeuvre my wheelchair. The staff are super helpful. For example if I can't reach something they will often come and ask me if I need help. For them to offer help without being prompted shows they are paying attention to their customers. Although the do encourage the sale of extra items at the till they are not too pushy

Finally found my shoe shop. All my shoes are going to come from this shop now. Amazing space and trying stools. Nice and attentive staff. Nobody makes a face. Many options and varieties. Never thought that I could get 5.5 size. I always had to settle between 5 or 6. They have shoes for men and kids as well. From flat to high heel, everything is available.

My experience in Deichmann has always been good and the staff have been friendly, however; some of their shoes are questionable. I have purchased Nike trainers from the sale and have lasted me over 2 years, on the other hand; I have purchased Deichmann own trainers that didn't even last me a week before beginning to fall apart, after a months they were completely destroyed as the sole fell off. Suggestion is to go for branded footwear from this store rather than cheap made shoes that fall apart easily.
