She was lovely so thank you 😊 my daughter loves them and so does her friends. We will be back as she loves the light up trainers. 5* customer service

I read a previous comment from a woman complaining about him, however I can say with confidence that he has some of the best customer service skills I have ever seen. He was helpful, attentive and ensures the store is kept covid-safe at all times which was great to see. The manager is a huge benefit to that store and to the brand. I’d ignore any comments that say differently.

C.The shoes are fantastic highly recommend them unfortunately the same can't be said for the store manager on Saturday he was the rudest, most intimidating person I have met and I don't appreciate him raising his voice to my daughter who is 6 months pregnant he needs retaining in costumer service and needs to be taken out of the management roll.

P.store employees are very attentive, to each customer as to family people, you will always want to return to such a store, because of such a wonderful attitude, the shoes are the most comfortable in the world, my 3-year-old daughter does not want to wear other shoes, because they are really insanely comfortable, 100% recommend this store

T. S.This is an Outlet store for Skechers and it's ok. Not really any huge price difference to some online retailers and not particularly anything of outstanding difference or any real choice either!
If you are looking for a specific pair, I suggest you look online before making a special journey as other retailers have a better choice.

N. A.I am wearing sketchers shoes for last five years. They are very comfortable. This particular outlet, I find it little bit cramped. It's difficult with a baby pram. When they have offers and there is rush... It becomes difficult to move around with the pram. Some good people give you way but rude ones give you bad stare... Staff is helping.... Collection is also nice. However, I could not find the size of the sandle which I liked the most. They have basically shoes, and bellies... Not many sandles. Never tried the men's section... So can't comment much. I still go to this shop because I am a fan of sketchers.
