D.Well, what a pleasure it was today, my wife and called in at the Telford Centre branch to get two new watches straps adjusted, and we were dealt with by a very pleasant and helpful man, just wish other retailers took a leaf out his book, and he had the job ready for us after about 20mins or so, at competitive prices....we will certainly be calling in again, great service.
P. H.Great service. My husband wanted a battery for his watch which was £9.95 but the gentleman suggested paying another £5 and all batteries from then on are free for life. Not everyone would have told us that.
