Ordered a pair of school shoes online for my Granddaughter collected from Warrington store this morning. Unfortunately when I got home they were size 5 instead of the size 3 which I had ordered. Although inconvenienced having to return to the store, the assistant Lauren apologised & exchanged them efficiently & with a smile. Thank you excellent customer service. 👏

I went into a schuh yesterday and was greeted by Dylan and Lauren, they were very helpful and made my time i spent in the shop a delight. They were both very friendly and I was very happy with the customer service I received

Always a good place for footwear, served by Joe who was polite and patient and a credit to the store.

Thanks to the lovely girls this afternoon, who sold me a pair of vegan Adidas trainers, they are absolutely outstanding at providing a first class customer service, without being too in your face. They are able to multi task and be polite and professional, a pleasant shopping experience all round :)

I love this shoe store, they have student discount which is good for me as it saves me a bit of money. I only really wear converse and they have a good selection compared to the other shoe stores around warrington, which makes this my first stop for shoes. The staff are helpful too which is a bonus!

What a fabulous place why have I never been in here ? , every shoe ,trainer ,flip flop and sandal you could ever need .We visited today the staff were so helpful and friendly, Jake measured my daughter for some shoes that weren't in stock at the shop , but ordered them for me there and then .We will definitely be back in the future.

Wife bought a pair of van's from here and after a month parts of the sole was pealing off. We took them back and they offered us a refund or exchange without any issues! :)
