Lovely selection of shoes but unfortunately the customer service is poor. Lady at the counter was unfriendly and refused to keep the boxes of the shoes when I requested I didn't want them. She said just dispose them yourself as I don't have space

Bright clean and lots of cheap footwear.....shame the customers don't put the shoes back and leave them around the floor! Anyone with a disability or a pram could have problems negotiating the isles!

Brilliant shoe shop. Have bought 3 pairs over the years including boots in Germany, sandles and school shoes as standing alot and need comfortable shoes. ALL fit like a glove and lasted years. Customer service in Watford, either in store or on the phone, is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Think it was Richard the manager, Junaid, Stephen, Hollie and Joe who have ALL done a great job. Great telephone service from Joe. Value for money too. What more can one ask?. Well done Deichmann. Love your shoes and I am never afraid in my 60's to complain to any company. Keep up the great work.

So impressed with the customer service from Junaid in the store! After a number of problems with previous shoes, Junaid discussed the best fit and options and gave us time to look through the options. Will always go here to buy school shoes from now on! Thanks to Hollie in the store too!

Nice to see a shoe shop with lots of kids shoes. They have a buy one get one half price on promotional shoes at the moment for back to school. Could do with more range for sizes 9 - 12 juniors. I saw lots of shoes I loved but too small or too big. Frustrating.

So happy this store is in Watford now! Great quality shoes at amazing prices, I always get shoes for my little one here. They've got a great selection too! Highly recommended, especially if you're on a budget/have growing kids to constantly buy shoes for! They also sell handbags and various other accessories. The staff are really friendly, so far I've had really good experiences with a young server, female, she's very very lovely and makes sure the customers are looked after. There's also a young alternative guy who is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help customers and give them a great experience! The only negative about this store is one of the women working there is rather rude, I haven't been served by her personally but have witnessed her being rude to customers and other staff members when I've been queuing up, she's an older, larger lady with dodgy eyebrows lol. All in all though, I really recommend this store!

Great shoe shop great variety

As an ex British Shoe Cop person (showing my age), I’m always a bit of a nuisance with footwear retailers especially self serve ops. But I really like this lot. Watford is new so its pretty but I couldn’t careless about the look .... it’s the people who make or break the Brand. The colleagues in Watford are absolutely tremendous... really helpful and go out their way to find things for you. Usually self serve ops are “if it’s not out we ain’t got it”. Was in again today and had the most wonderful service ... in the short time it been open I’ve made 8 purchases ... bolstered by the wonderful discount card ... that’s what influenced my buying decision ... ok I’m a Scot as well. Well done folks ... good job!
