Took my son in for new shoes, the staff member was so attentive Kelsey was her name. A credit to the store .

Great service- my son chose a pink sparkly shoe and the shop assistant did not hesitate in going to see if they had it in his size. When they didn't, she brought out other pink shoes which were in his size. No fuss, no conversation. True inclusivity.

We had booked an appt so no waiting and young guy was fantastic with 2 young boys. Nothing was too much trouble. You pay more but shoes best quality if you want school shoes to last.

Staff were very helpful. My friend & I were dealt with efficiently although 1 staff member rather "jumped the gun" as I'd asked to try the second shoe only to find she'd taken the box to the till. Sadly I couldn't buy them as we're a little too tight.
