Fantastic well appointed store, with very helpful and friendly staff. The young woman who served us was patient and kind, listened to what me and my daughter wanted and found everything for us. I can see why the school uses this shop as it's recommended uniform supplier now, and would happily do the 50 minute round trip again should we need more supplies.

We visited Valentino Schoolwear to try on my daughter's new secondary school uniform. We were greeted at the door by Robbie, who was very friendly, polite and professional. He gave us great advice on sizing and how to get the best value from the uniform. The shop was very covid safe with appointment booking, sanitising, allocated changing area and masks worn. Would highly recommend them and will no doubt be visiting again in the future.

Helpful staff and pretty quick transactions, but they never pick up the phone!!!! It takes me 45 minutes for a round trip, all I want to do is make sure they have what I want in stock before I make my journey!! 2 days ringing and no answer! Very frustrating! As with all uniform shops, they are quite expensive. It is annoying because you can get better quality materials in supermarkets, M&S etc, but as I said this goes for all uniform shops because they know you need it and can charge whatever they please really. Overall, not a bad shop, but parking can be awkward and nobody likes to take calls.

Purchased a school coat clearly labelled £29.99 (printed not hand written ) when checking my bank statement I noticed that I had been charged £34.99. I rang the store and explained that I had been overcharged . The person that I spoke to was not interested and said that the price was correct and that the label was down to human error. Refused outright to refund the difference. I am not local to the store otherwise I would have taken coat back for a refund and I did explain that I was not local. Between my daughter and myself we spent £180.00 that day and if visiting area again would not entertain going back. Customer service not at all helpful . Check price is correct before purchasing.

Popped in to buy some school shoes. Hardly waited, the assistant brought us all the styles we asked for. Good, sturdy shoes bought (size 2.5, £39.99), plus a plain winter beanie hat (which I think was a little overpriced at £5.99). Really happy - they are always so helpful.
