Hudson Long Boots in Chocolate. These boots are so comfy and the leather is so soft. From the minute I put them on they felt so comfortable. I have quiet wide feet but they have not caught me at all its as though they were made for me. I was worried as having quiet large calf's that the zip would be a problem but they fit perfect. Definitely true to size. I haven't but them through a waterproof test yet but I am sure they will live up to the excellent reviews I have read about them. Customer service was excellent it was nice to speak to a person and not a machine!! I am now saving up for a Quebec pair !!

Had my eye on the Quebec boots for a while as kept reading how comfortable they were and this was exactly what I was looking for. Was so disappointed when I finally decided to order some and they were out of stock. I sent email asking when they were back in stock and almost immediately had a reply which is fantastic thank you. A few days later I was notified that they were back in stock so took the plunge and ordered them. Well I have to say they were definitely worth the wait. So comfortable and look good too. Thank you for your excellent communication and the best boots I've had in a long time.

Received my boots with excitement and trepidation! I'm a size 3 short fat leg. Its near impossible to get boots to fit all 3. I'm nearly there with these boots. Foot fits a treat very comfy. Calf fits perfectly. Leg length is probably and inch and a half to long. I'll struggle to ride in them as they will dig in behind my knees however they are comfy so will use around the yard.

I ordered the kentucky boots and they arrived the day before 2 days of long fast riding. Customer service was great and they sent them next day delivery so I would receive them in time. I had no time to break them in and they were so comfortable for the whole trip. The other riders commented on them and even tried them on! The laces make them really adjustable and ensure you get a perfect fit. I have worn them lots since and they still look great. I love them!

Visited the shop last week as wanted to try the boots on to see if as good as everyone says. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Purchased a pair of Montana long riding boots and have been riding in them now for a week. Incredibly comfortable from the first ride - no breaking in required, leather is very soft so no digging in at the back of knee. Really great support for feet and ankle. Comfortable to walk and ride in - almost too nice to wear!

My wife purchased a pair of short boots and was so pleased she ordered two pairs of long boots. One pair of 'polo boots' for riding and another pair of long fashion boots. They are beautifully made and great quality. The 'sale' price was much less painful on the wallet and a lot of boot for your money. Quick efficient service. Easy returns if needs be. My husband and I popped into the showroom a week ago. There is a huge choice to suit men and women, the lady we spoke to was very knowledgeable on all of the boots. We left both very happy with our boots, with mine being customisable with the insoles so I have warm toes too! Very very good boots and exceptional services from the lady and beautiful collie :-)

Received my boots this week. Absolutely delighted with the fit round my calf, plenty of room. As instructed I ordered a size down. I am usually a 6, but always order a 7 to allow a bit of extra room for my wide feet. I ordered a 6, although I could get my foot in they felt a bit tight across my instep. A leaflet included in the box said if the fit on the foot was tight I could solve this by removing the insole until the leather had stretched. I did this and wow a perfect fit, so comfortable, I am really going to enjoy walking in supportive boots instead of my foot slipping and sliding around.

Customer service was excellent, they explained everything to me (even warning me about a possible delay in delivery due to the postal strike!). The boots arrived quickly(😉) and are beautiful! Exactly as they are reviewed by others..so comfy, easy to wear and great quality. This was an expensive purchase for me, so had to be right..if you're in the same position, my advice is go for it! You won't regret the spend, they are worth every penny. 😊

The boots are lovely but for me it has taken a while to get to grips with them. I bought them during the 2022 40 degree heatwave and initially couldn't even get my feet into them. I waited until the weather cooled down, took out the comfort insoles and got them on. I have struggled with the zips - I have difficulty getting them round the corners and find them very stiff. I am hoping that in time they will run more easily. I started out with the laces quite loose to help with the zip closure and wore them around the house for a while. They began to be more flexible and I have just started wearing them outside. Today put the comfort insoles back in and tightened the laces and the boots are now so comfortable, they fit like a second skin and feel incredibly supportive. The zips are still a bit of a struggle but I'm prepared to keep at it because once they are on they are so comfy you don't want to take them off! So, I dropped one star because it was a bit of a journey getting here, but now that I have arrived I am quite happy with these boots.

I bought the Rocky waterproof boots a couple of months ago for dog walking. To begin with the leather felt stiff but I was confident that after wearing a few times they would be more supple and comfy, which they were. I wear them every day, sometimes on two or three dog walks and they have not let me down and keep my feet dry. I have also bought some dubbin and have treated them to maintain the waterproofing and to look after the leather. I have just one disappointment and that is with the insoles, they are very thin and do not cushion my feet at all. I wear thick walking socks which help but I feel a better insole would make a difference.

Just flippin lovely! I ordered a pair of Quebec Boots and a pair of black chaps. The chaps I had to exchange (not a problem) as I ordered incorrectly. The boots are fabulous, I always always struggle with continental sizes as a 10 is usually a 9.5 which are always too small, but after reading recommendations I stuck with a 44 and they fit just lovely. Not been allowed to wear them fully as they’re a Xmas present from my wife 🙄🤣. & re return they emailed me back with a day, makes a refreshing change. Highly recommend.

Got my boots this morning great as always. Needed to go a size up as out of my size but worked well with a insole. Great service and help as I have always had . Have also worked out a way of being able to change tassels with a Chicago screw and you can still us the tassel they come with if you are careful when you cut head off. Great boots just love them and good value for money to a lot that are out there and every bit as good

I now have the Montana riding boots in all the colours, they are the most comfortable and amazing to ride in, feet stick to stirrups. They were so good I have bought some non horsey blue ankle boots. These too are so comfortable, great anti slip sole, my boots for everyday wear. The boots all arrive in a special bag, worth every penny (better than my ariat boots by far!)

Excellent customer service, had to return first pair for bigger size , only had a couple of days before I needed them to visit my daughter in the Lake District . The young lady I spoke to saw to it that I received them in time. I have problems with my feet , but these boots I could wear straight away with no problem. My sister borrowed them too and wanted to know where I got them as they were so comfortable! I sold a very expensive pair of French wellies that had only been worn a couple of times because they were uncomfortable, this helped fund my new purchase, worth every penny !

The real proof will be in how long these boots last, but right out of the box, they're comfortable, beautiful, and look to be well-made. This is the 3rd boot I've ordered lately (the first 2 from another company, 2 different styles), and this is the only one that's been satisfactory. Hopefully they'll last longer than the 12 months that my previous boots (from another company) have lasted.

I love these boots. I have the Idaho and Montana and wouldn't be without them for riding. The first pair I ordered were the Kentucky which didn't suit my feet but when I called up they suggested an alternative that was very comfortable. I called before I ordered my long ones so I could get fitting advice again and the Montana arrived and were perfect. I would love a lighter weight riding boot for summer and travelling in plain black but the only current one is for a narrower foot. Am hoping there's something next spring!

These boots hug your feet from the moment they slide it! Super cozy. Sadly I had to return mine as I have a very ‘particular’ left foot! However the return is very easy, with your boots your receive a prepaid tracked label. Excellent customer service. Beautiful, snug boots!

Bought a pair of Ottawa boots. Very comfortable but getting them on is a struggle. I’ve got size 3 feet but even using a shoehorn it’s a tremendous effort to get my foot in. The hole doesn’t seem to stretch enough. Once on though they are lovely.

Chuffed to bits with these boots! Lovely dark brown leather, warm and dry and the wide fit on the calves makes them super comfy. Didn’t even need wearing in or softening up. I’m so pleased with them.

Marvellous boots. Extremely comfortable from the first wear. I have a wide foot and high instep and did struggle to get them on and off the first couple of times but absolutely fine now (I orderedmy usual size). No more cold wet feet when out walking the dog, I even walked in a stream with him today, heaven 🙂 definitely worth the investment.

Got the quebec boots for my wife who has very bad arthritis, have tried dozens of different makes over the years. These boots appear to fit her requirements, but only time will tell. They look very well made and comfortable. Service from Emma can't be faulted.

These are lovely boots even though they are expensive they will last for years. They have taken a few walks to bed them in the right one still a bit pinchy. But I'm sure soon they will be like slippers we have 4 dogs so out twice a day walking they are lovely and warm too. Strongly recommended

Mighty comfy, I ordered the Kentucky storm in mocha on Thursday arrived Saturday and I wore them all day for 2 days now they are true to size and very comfortable. I had to remove the innersole as they are quite stiff and will give with wear so will replace them when needed. It is worth time spending time getting the fit right, I have used thinish socks as they are quite warm boots. The Mocha is quite light in colour quite but are ok for me. They are a little heavy but they look and feel very sturdy. I did order 2nd's and tbh the scratches were barely visible and are something I would have done myself within hours of wearing. So far I am very happy with them and would recommend. I am seriously considering buying the long boots if the calves go up wide enough.
