I swore I'd never use Timpson again after the shocking service at the Broughton branch. However I still needed keys cut and my son suggested the Wrexham shop. What a difference!! The gentleman greeted me with a smile and although my order was complicated he was cheerful and only too pleased to help. The keys were cut straight away and what's more they all worked - unlike the ones from the other shop. He was a real asset to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending this shop.
