We often visit here with kids feet just growing at rapid rates! At the moment they are very covid friendly and on top of that their customer service levels haven't dropped when it comes to interacting and dealing with children. They always seem to have the nack to speak with toddlers and get them to sit down and find their shoe size! Will always recommend and always go back.

Busy and never have size you need at weekends. Staff will go out back to check stock if asked politely. Good discounts can be had on shoes but you have to be flexible in choice. Wont stop me going back soon for another pair of boots .....saved over forty pounds real saving

Excellent selection of all types of Clarks footwear all laid out clearly in each size. Helpful staff and quick service. Prices are as expected for footwear that's going to last. Good reductions across the range. Recommended.

I visited this store today with a partially blind gentleman, we were attended to within a minute the staff measured his feet and brought him the required shoes in less than two minutes. The staff very polite and couldn't have done more for this gentleman and would definitely recommend.

The only place I buy Clarke shoes from are the outlet stores. This one was no exception, a good selection of seasonal shoes and boots in an array of sizes. I'm a size 6 and normally struggle to find shoes this size in other shoe stores. I can always rely on Clarks outlets to have a good selection in my size. My only negative is some of the shoes are still quite expensive even at a discount price. But guess you need to pay for quality shoes.

I like Clarkes factory shops. Good quality shoes and a good price on most. All shoes in pairs on the shelves and in sizes clearly labeled with price. Purchased with no problems and even the option to have the receipt emailed to you which is great.
