Lovely shop, some good priced items. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, but there was a miserable unhelpful older lady - I don't understand why they feel they have to make you feel uncomfortable while shopping. I spoke to her regarding a handbag & she wasn't interested, just carried on tidying up the display. Didn't purchase the bag, but I could of been convinced!

Had the most wonderful service from the York Mulberry shop today, whilst buying my best pal, from school, her 50th birthday gift. We had booked an appointment and were greeted by Nina, who served us champagne, and had already arranged some bags for my valued friend.She made us both feel special, and the perfect bag was purchased... one of those pre-selected by Nina. Thank you Nina... you made us both feel very special, and made our Mulberry experience thoroughly delightful. Job done!!!! x

Nice shop, although using maps on iPhone took me the long way & it wasn’t easy to find . Obviously not the shops fault. I blamed my husband 🤣 Outlet shop & had smaller selection than I expected. I still found a nice bag ! It was a good few 100 £££S cheaper than anywhere else. Full certs & packaging & authenticity card etc. What’s no to love?!

A few years ago this store was better. I got a Mulberry Mitzi Hobo in leopard print for £225. Now there are no what I would call real bargains, just very expensive bags that aren't quite as expensive as they once were.

Got to love Mulberry. Always great having the factory outlet shop on the doorstep. Stock will obviously vary depending on what is surplus and/or end of line, but some "bargains" to be had if you bide your time.

There are quite a few styles of scarves, backpacks and wallets to choose from. The variety is no less than that of specialty stores. There are many good and cheap choices. Shopping in the UK is not only limited to B's. . Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 11:00-17:00. Transportation: It is about 300 meters away from York Church, and you can see it on foot.
