Went into my local pets at home today and was served by the lovely member of staff Lauren. She had so much knowledge and shown so much interest into our needs. What an asset to the team. She went above and beyond to help us use our VIP app&puppy vouchers.

I went to the market to get some fish advice. After seeing a dead fish in one of the tanks I headed to pets at home. The guy i spoke to was very knowledgeable. The fish all looked healthy and tanks were clean

I wish the staff here worked at our local Pets at Home, we would use it. The staff (always pop in while on hols to treat our dog) are always so welcoming and friendly to our dog & us. Really helpful and can't seem to do enough or offer information.

Store is clean & organised with ample parking. Some products are over priced for the quality The staff are nice and helpful in general but one of the supervisors / managers is quite frankly rude and has been on several occasions. She needs to leave her moody knickers at home !! I buy online now

Can always find what we need - both our pets need special foods, one has allergies, the other has stomach issues. Staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Good for most pet products some stuff can be got cheaper in other stores. If you are looking for tick and flea control products they push the most expensive brands at you which aren't always any better then others at half the price but they insist they are. I challenged them to prove it and they in the end found that they were the same!

Not as much variety as other pets at home stores but got the basic small animals and fish and also very friendly and helpful staff!

Never have the correct live foods in. It is very rare that they even have suitable options for temporary replacements. Apart from this the team is friendly and helpful.
