Just had roller blinds fitted in bathroom and en-suite by fitter Jim. Delighted with the company from ordering to fitting. Jim is such a lovely man i could tell he has a lot of experience fitting blinds, he even put on cover shoes before going upstairs to fit them. Its the little touches he did that made it such a great and seamless process. I will definately be ordering more blinds in the future.

Had to get our patio blinds replaced , Had used blind design previously, so called them, came out ordered new ones and matched front window blinds with back ones. Called with in a week to arrange fitting that suited me, Fitting was so easy, very friendly, courtesy of property. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend this company enough. From measuring to fitting and everything in between, the service was outstanding. I was due to have my blinds fitted during lockdown, and the communication on this situation was first class. As soon as they were open, I was informed and the blinds were fitted within a few days. I recently moved to West Lothian and required Blinds for my new house. Searching for local blind companies I found Blind Designs and I'm so glad that I did. I visited their shop in Bathgate, which has a very comprehensive selection to choose from and arranged for measurements to be taken. From start to finish the service was first class. I thought I knew what I wanted but very helpfully when the estimate came through it included some suggestions/recommendations that I hadn't considered. I took up their suggestion and am really pleased with the result. The Intu blinds look amazing. I'm really impressed with their minimal look and simplicity. I am also really pleased with the Venetian and roller blinds that were also provided. The quality of all blinds is very good. The service was faultless and is definitely a good reason why we should use local family run businesses more. No matter who or when I contacted the company everyone was very helpful and professional. Installation was efficient with no mess. Super impressed and would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Bought 4 new blinds and they were fitted on date agreed. After nearly a week I noticed a tiny paint chip on 1 of the the slats. I contacted Blind Design to see about it on Monday and they would've sent someone the next day but this didn't suit due to my shifts. I'd then arranged for Thursday and was told someone would be out between 12-2pm. So today at 12.10pm the slat was changed there and then. No fuss whatsoever and can't them enough for their great service. Will recommend Blind Design to anyone.
