l. s.Good facilities in a quiet environment. Library plus members have to scan their card and enter a pin to gain access during non staffed times. Hygiene was good and sanitation provided. Nice little library in Kempston.
c.Never been In it but usto always walk passed it from school when I was a teen but I do use there mobile library van usually every two weeks the man is friendly and helpful
M. J.The library itself is very nice, clean, quiet and we always found the books we were looking for. The staff is absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, always going above and beyond for their customers. My son today was really disappointed that one of his golden books from school was not to be found, and they worked tirelessly and managed to find it in the end. Can't thank them enough. It's made our day and brought a ray of sunshine in these dark times.
A. H.I have been visiting this library for several years with my family, great facility with plenty of parking (free). Clean and tidy with a good selection of books.
I don’t really understand why the negative reviews the staff have always been very helpful and informative. Yes there are plenty of child friendly events but also adult ones too held here.
Libraries won’t survive if they don’t move with the times and offer a range of services to engage users, especially the youngest readers and this one has!
L. S.Brilliant asset to the community and has still loaned books provided activity ideas throughout all lockdowns. Great to be able to walk through the doors yesterday, little different but kids loved to be back in and choose books😊
B. J.Really great experience, visited today (Sat 21st July) with my daughter and the staff were fantastic! The girl working at the desk was so good, enthusiastic and helped to explain the kids summer reading challenge. Thanks to both of the staff, a real credit to the library and has put some of the rubbish reviews to shame! The council have got to sort the stinky bins at the rear of the nearby shops and takeaways.... a health hazard which must stop people from wanting to spend time here!?
s. s.Lovely little library. Not as busy as the main town one, which is fantastic! Excellent selection of children's books. They regularly have events targeted towards young children in term time and in non term time. My daughter loves coming here!
