I was dreading the whole last minute shopping experience tbh...
However, I was pleasantly surprised with this store. Amy, the sales advisor was absolutely amazing!! Her whole approach from start to finish was 5 star worthy. I got some some pics printed and also purchased a couple of frames.

J. P.I went to The Picture Gallery to get a Christmas present. The service was great, especially when you consider how busy they are this time of the year. When it turned out that the print i had ordered was fractionally too big for the frame I wanted, the lovely young lady who served me then went to the trouble of trimming the print to fit.
I also want to add what great value for money the prints are!

N. k.Went in to grab a photo to use in a digital passport application. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the service was great and the prices are fair.
Even when the passport office declined the image via the automated checks, the staff bent over backwards to take photo after photo until it was accepted.
I would add that we were unable to figure out what was wrong with the previous photos as the camerawork was excellent everytime.
Nonetheless, I would heartily recommend this store for your photo/picture needs based on my experience.
