Brought my yorkie for a tooth extraction yesterday and all the veterinary staff brilliant! They took such good care of him, he was back to himself a few hours later. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. 5 stars guys

City vets at Kennedy center is a real pleasure to visit, the staff are excellent and very informative and knowledgeable about your pets and I have no pet insurance for my dog plus I'm not on benefits so I pay full amount every time and I find they are really reasonable in what they charge but more so they are a very dedicated bunch of people with great experience.

I would highly recommend city vets. Great treatment & service. The veterinarian was fantastic and very reasonably priced too! ** Edit just back from our free check up and I'm removing one star from the review as the receptionist with the nose piercing was so rude it was completely unacceptable. She needs to respect customers and not speak out of tone. I have read the reviews and alot of customers seem to be reviewing specifically her on how rude she is, which isn't fair on the other fantastic hard-working and friendly staff there. I would have a word with her considering her attitude seems to be resulting in a lot of negative reviews which is completely unfair to the true representation of this business.

We recently visited city vets Kennedy centre with our new kitten to receive her injections and general heath checkups and our experience was wonderful from start to finish. We were welcomed into the practice by a warm friendly receptionist who was eager and happy to answer any questions we had and go out of her way to make us feel comfortable and confident with our new addition. The appointment is completed with very little to no stress on the pet (and on the owner) and we would highly recommend city vets.

My cat Lola went for a spay last week, and we're just back from her free recheck. I was super nervous about my little kitten getting surgery but everyone at this practice was amazing, the receptionists, nurses and vets are all a credit. The vet taking the check up was even amazing with my inquisitive (human) daughter lol. Amazing value, service and overall experience, Thanks!

city vets is a caring and compassionate veterinary clinic that we started going to in February this year. After a bad experience with another vet we took our Jack Russell here to get a second opinion on his health and we were given the answers we needed shorty after. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our lovely boy after he was diagnosed with terminal cancer and his health deteriorated. I'm sure you can all agree that this is one of life's hardest decisions and throughout his care the receptionist Natasha couldn't have been more helpful she hugged us and reassured us she was more than willing to help us with all inquiries we had.Jonathan the vet was amazing too. I recommend this veterinary practice highly.

Amazing place, down-to-earth and diligent staff. Took great care of our dog with separation anxiety when she got x-rays and our cat. Great and outstanding prices for the level of service. Nice reception staff and vet nurses.

I would recommend this practice. Have always found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Don't find the prices to be any more expensive than other vets. Always found them to be gentle and caring with my wee cavalier. Special mention to Jonathan the vet and the practice nurse who I both thought were excellent.

Ive always used city vets,with no problems at all,i waz back today my dog had 2 teeth extracted,i felt very confident and good about leaving my team with the team i waz talked through the whole process of wat wud happen with my dog its waz very reassuring knowing my dog waz in good hands,on return to pick up my dog i waz informed of how op went & the after care instructions to follow,wud highly recommend city vets ( kennedy centre) all staff were lovely very informative making my visit pleasurable,thank you to all the team from a very satisfied and happy customer
