"Bad libraries build collections, good libraries build services, great libraries build communities." R. David Lankes Holywood Arches is a representation of great library in an accessible location for an ever-growing community. Parking is available but dominated by the local medical centre. The entrance is very up-to-date, well maintained, welcoming and a reflection of the interior. As a wheelchair user, access is simple and easy to navigate. Availability to computers and WiFi is an important aspect to the excellent service provided. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful AND available to answer all your enquiries. An extra bonus is that children are encouraged to browse rather than leave. Overall exceptional quality and worthy of a visit. Definitely five ✨.

Was over for a recent event at East Side arts Festival that was a writing history exercise focusing on East Belfast history. Was fantastic! Plus drag queen story time was a huge part of my childhood so its fantastic seeing this library carry on that tradition.
