Cannot recommend highly enough! I landed in the shop at 10am following a night that my 7 year old had saturated his mattress with sick. Old mattress was immediately trailed out of the house as no amount of cleaning was going to redeem it. Explained the situation and budget..... By 1.30pm the same day I had the new mattress delivered and in my son's room. Excellent quality at a great price! Friendly owner who completely empathised with my situation. He also gave me large plastic mattress bags so I could transport the soiled mattress to the dump without destroying my car. Thank you!!!

I purchased a mattress then a divan bed no fuss no waiting, great advice.I needed both asap. Don’t waste time in superstores dealing with salesmen delivery agents and the like. Visit here be listened to ,and get a fair deal this is shopping like 40 years ago with the benefits of modern technology great service

I ordered a king size & double size ottoman beds plus mattresses from the Bed shop & the items are really lovely good quality. They were very helpful & friendly & easy 2 deal with. Also 5stars 4 the 2 guys who delivered & set up the beds, they were quick, clean & very friendly. Would highly recommend the Bed shop.

Sourced us an excellent quality, custom fit mattress for a great price. Mattress fits perfectly. Delivered quickly. Great communication, kept us updated throughout. Rang about 5 places before them and they either couldn’t help us, had to get the mattress delivered from England or the price was almost double that of the bed shop. Very happy with the service.

Excellent experience. Very friendly helpful staff. Gave me a good deal and it was delivered to my door 3 hours after I ordered it. He forgot my free pillows and true to his word, arrived the next day with them. The divan bed and mattress is very good quality and I am very pleased with the product. The BEST service! Don't waste your time going anywhere else. As soon as we walked in the door Morris welcomed us and found us exactly what we were looking for. The new mattress arrived on time, only a couple of days after ordering. The Bed Shop even provided a free temporary base until the Ottoman base is built (locally). We were made to feel like a valued customer, rather than a target of a commission based shark at one of the big Boucher stores. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed - highly highly recommend!

What an advert for shopping locally. Bought a double bed a few weeks ago now....no running around trying to get someone to serve you as I have found in bigger stores....knowledgeable, no pressure and s ervice with a smile....in fact the craic was 90 !! The young guys who delivered it were great... Couldn't recommend highly enough. They matched your £100 spend local voucher ie £100 discount when you used your card.As for the bed ,it was made locally too and the base was made to match the headboard our son had picked.I know where I'll be going when I need a new bed 😴

My daughter broke the base of her bed during lockdown and after several desperate attempts to find her a new one, The Bed Shop came to my rescue. It was so easy to order from their website and I was amazed by how much choice I had and at such great prices. Love the bed we got here. Enda (shop owner) was massively helpful and got us a bed delivered on the same day of us picking it in the shop. Much needed after a terrible weekend on a simba not so ‘pro’ mattress. The customer service couldn’t be better from Enda and I’ve finally started sleeping properly again.

*** Amazing customer service *** I needed a very specific fold up bed urgently and due to the current covid/brexit situation couldn’t order one online from the normal big brand retailers. I phoned several shops in NI to source it locally with no luck until I spoke to Enda in The Bed Shop Cregagh road belfast..Although he didn’t have the bed in stock, when I explained why I needed the particular one so urgently, he made a call to his wholesaler and confirmed he could get the bed I was after.... by that afternoon!!! True to his word, the bed was delivered and set up with in a couple of hours, and the packaging removed and taken away too. Many thanks Enda 😀

Received my honeybee mattress and followed the instructions did not think it would amount to much when I took it out of the box, omg I slept so well I had been having major issues with my back since surgery last March but that was the best night sleep I have had in ages the mattress is firm but not too firm it was so comfortable thank you the bed shop
