We had a really good experience with the customer service team as well. They ask you to confirm you will be there for the courier a day or so before and I was going to be out in the morning, I rung up and they sorted it no problem. Friendly, helpful people offering great quality items.

We saw this on Ebay, but looked up Esupasaver online and found they had a discount code on their website, and we still paid PayPal. Bed is fantastic quality and looks amazing. Really simple to put together (don't remove the screws, you don't need to. It's heavy duty and no squeaks or creaks. This was delivered within 3 or 4 days, though they quote 10.
