I honestly could not rate the staff of this company high enough! I had a query on an item I wanted to buy but wasn't sure if the size would suit and then I encountered problems when I went to make the purchase. For very email I sent they were back to me in minutes. One of the guys rang me to sort out the issue ordering but after a couple of attempts he offered to place the order for me. They are a very efficient team and absolutely lovely to deal with. I have made 2 purchases with them before this and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. This is the test of a good company - how efficiently they deal with queries and problems! Great job guys!

Good and polite communication and promt delivery. However my bike got a puncture within 5 minutes. They send a replacement inner tubing however when I replaced it, I had other issues with brake pads scraping. Then I lost the keys so altogether very unlucky experience for me. you get what you pay for so can't really complain not the best quality but if you know how to do the maintenance and with Better luck should be fine if your looking for a cheap e bike. Couldn't refund due to punctures not being covered apparently- even though realistically they shouldn't puncture that quick so it brings question of build quality being satisfactory, but I have chosen to give them the benefit of the doubt could've been just my misfortune.

Great hoverboard, son absolutely loves it. It is super quiet compared to previous one, and the wheels make it very smooth over bumps. Appears very sturdy. Very happy with purchase. Etech have answered my queries quickly and it was good that they delivered to Northern Ireland

Customer Service above the best. I already left one review but I want to say what I really think in general. First, I don't understand some reviews, because if there's one thing Etech has, it's excellent communication between Customer Service and the customer, they even sent me one video with the information I asked for. Second, when I bought my C3 bike, the day after the purchase was processed, at 8 am it was already being delivered. So, in general, I only give 5 STARS because I can`t give more. PS: Problems can always happen, even if you buy a Rolls Royce

What a fabulous service we have received from start to finish. We ordered a bike for my husband on 22nd December and it was delivered 24th December. The website was really easy to use and we managed to find what we wanted without any difficulty. As soon as the order had been placed a confirmation email was received advising order was being processed. The following day we were notified the order was complete and on it's way to the delivery company. The delivery company gave us an hour time slot and the bike was delivered well within that hour. The bike is very well made and great value for money. An ideal bike for my husband who is a big chap. It was really easy to assemble too. We contacted you to enquire about where to obtain instructions and you emailed them to me almost straight away. What a great efficient company. Well done. Keep it up. I love their little ebike. It gets me to work in less than 10 mins compared to 30 mins walking. The size is good too, so easy to store. Delivery was super fast. So far I’m super impressed and will recommend it to other people if they ask.

Great service from my experience with them over the last year. Purchase 2 boards over the space of 12 months and the team was very helpful and I was able to pick it up from there store in Birmingham on a Saturday evening as a last minute purchase and he was very accommodating. Recommend the g2 led as I cant find it anywhere else and these guys said they have this design exclusive to their company and its true.

Simply put, fantastic product and awesome service. There's a lot of copies/fakes out there so I was feeling a little nervous but I can confirm that this is a genuine Gyroor original hoverboard segway, so you get what you pay for 🙌🏽 They managed to send it quickly with next day delivery, and one of the lads working there was especially friendly when I contacted them to ease my concerns. The hover board is great especially for mixed age groups. We brought this for our children 12,10 and 8 so the app which allows you to change the max speed is brilliant. The kart is a huge hit too, they were instantly confident on the kart. Its very easy to use they were whizzing around straight away.

Ordered the g2 hoverboard pro led on a Thursday afternoon and to my surprise we were having fun as a family 24 hours later. Easy to navigate website and credit/debit card payment options. Recieved a courtesy call an hour later to confirm billing address and ETA. Professional and prompt. Was able to receive information about accessories and other products and also £15 discounts on promotion code as recommended by family friend. Looking forward to having hours of outdoor fun as we have a large paced garden.

Where do I start I ordered a hovercart back in October 2 in fact was sopose to be getting a suspension cart they did send 1 was told first that they was expecting a delivery in 6th November up to now the shipment hasn’t come days before Christmas to be told I won’t be getting the cart not very good with communicating with updates told me a load of excuses when I called they are fast with getting your order out next day but wouldn’t be ordering again with them would be great if the could tell you the truth and not excuses

Received my Hoverboard through Amazon and even though the board had to be replaced due to a manufacturing fault, the new replacement does seem to be working as expected and I did eventually receive good customer care with etech accepting the fault and being very willing to send out a replacement.

I've just ordered my second Hoverkart from Etech Motion. The first had a slight problem with one of the suspension arms, but Etech customer service has been excellent and very quick to respond.

I ordered the Lamborghini Segway as a birthday present and I was surprised at the build quality and unique design. Company offers next day free delivery and I would recommend this website to others.

I bought a product from this company and was stuck with the assembling. I spoke to a person i think his name was rashid and he helped me assemble it. He was professional , polite and caring. Will recommend this company to everyone
