We wanted to buy a lot of fabric for our curtains, couches and cushions and we found everything we needed there. They have a very large variety of different fabrics for either clothing, furniture and much more. The people working there were very friendly and they really helped us choose and find the suitable fabrics for our need. Definitely planning to revisit that store in the future for future projects.

This is my go to store. I can't sew, but a dear friend is also a talented dressmaker. As a speaker, I love to be unique and that's why I love this place. I have had many silk kimono's made for me that I wear over a plain dress. I've had the most incredible gala dinner dress and even get my material for my beach sarongs here. I have been all around the shops, all around the markets, and it is ALWAYS the Fancy Silk Store that delivers exactly what I want.

Went on a day trip to buy dress fabric. We found the shop to be very well stocked but when I started making the garment I realised I hadn't bought enough fabric. I thought it was a long shot they'd be able to help without me having to return to the store, but after one quick email they were more than happy to post me out some more fabric and only charged me the cost of the fabric even though it must have taken time to locate and wasn't particularly expensive in the first place. It even arrived within a day of them receiving my request! Fantastic customer service, 10/10 would recommend

The BIGGEST fabric shop I have ever ever been to. Three floors of fabric literally from floor to ceiling of fabrics. Guaranteed to find just what your looking for each and everytime. This shop is 3 hours away from me and I still am prepared to travel that distance to get what I am looking for. I know I will find what I need & looking for each and everytime. You will find fabrics for bridal, baby, smart and casual wear, lots of lace and woolen fabrics. Lots of choice of suiting fabrics Curtaining and upholstery. Plenty to choose from... Can be hard to make a decision. Staff are helpful and will source anything you are looking for - for you as well. The prices are very very reasonable. Liberty prints are about half the price to the liberty shop in London. Worth a visit - but be prepared to spend a long time there - I once spent a whole afternoon here!!!!!!!!!! 🤣 So much there and great selection you keep seeing more and more you want

This shop is one of the UK best stocked and the prices are reasonable for the quality. On the ground floor there are all types of cottons including a great choice of liberty lawn at £12 a meter. There are also jean , patchwork, suitings, jerseys and wools. The choice is amazing. Second floor is more for evening wear, they have silks, velvets, beautiful prints in chiffon, crepes de chine and silky polyesters. the shops is stocked from floor to ceiling. There are 1000's and 1000's of rolls of fabrics everywhere. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours in there. I found the staff very helpful.

This is a great fabric shop! The variety of fabrics is pretty good. It's just very unfortunate how un skilled the staff are. Most of them do not know what the fabrics are or really show any interest of finding out. The fabrics are not easy to access and are not labelled out properly with prices or what the fabric is made of. It's a shame as I would use this shop more if it was better organised

Oh wow! You like anything to do with creating in fabric and this is the place for you 3 floors of pure ecstacy. You can browse for hours and want to buy the lot. This has been going for years. My grandmother used to come here then my mum now me. It's a dream
