F. D.Best thing about Moon Vapez is that the guys are open late into the night; very convenient for me and my team to pick up our vape supplies before going into work. Customer service of the staff is excellent - second to none and there is a wide variety of goods available at very reasonable prices. If you buy multiple products the guys will often sort out a cheeky discount ;-) Best vape shop in Birmingham by far...keep it up guys!

He packaged me up a very attractive deal on some shortfills, nic salts and disposable vapes which I was more than pleased with. Workers are extremely knowledeable about vapes and giving me advice which helped me to quit smoking cigarettes and shisha. Great shop!

M. R.I’ve been to many vape shops across Birmingham but one that stood out to me the most was MoonVapez. Being able to cater for all types of different flavours and mods, the employees there always give the greatest advice regarding on what products would be good for me. It’s great how they implemented the order online and collection service during this lockdown to allow us vapers to purchase our products at any given time. I hope to visit the shop again soon as it has been closed due to the lockdown as the vibes in there are great!

A. H.After trying out most of the local vapez shops in the area I have to say this is the best shop I been to. The owners are super friendly and take the time to help out the customers. That fifth star comes from the always friendly staff/owners, and the atmosphere of the place. They are very laid back, and just terrific to deal with. They also seem to be pursuing new things, rather than just selling stock.
Moon Lounge, you're doing it right. From the complexity of the flavors, awesome staff, fantastic decor, and quick service in a clean environment...I predict a big future for these guys.

k. n.Went there last week on a friends recommendation, the shop seemed to have a good collection of juices and vaping gear, but I didn't feel comfortable with the environment. The manager or the owner was busy playing a game on his laptop and there was another guy who was smoking a cigarette. It seemed more to be a family affair rather than a shop being managed on a professional level. I might try them again.
A. C.By far the best vape shop around Birmingham, they have gear and juice to suit new and experienced vapers. They always have kit and juice to try before you buy, and they are all friendly and helpful.
I've never been made to feel unwelcome here, unlike another popular shop in the area, so I think I'll be sticking with these guys for the foreseeable future.

These guys have some amazing flavours on their own juices! I was sure I didn't need any more & restrained myself from buying more. But the flavours (and fair pricing) got the better of me! Ended up with 2 more bottles!
So even though they have some amazing own brand juices. They have a great selection of well known brands too.
To top it off, the atmosphere was great. Very friendly.
Most vape places I've been too feel very "clicky." Thus they only really get friendly with you after you've become a regular. But not here. Sit vape and chat. Really friendly vibe!
Will definitely be back here!
