This is the best place I have ever been too! The work she does is beautiful and I’d only ever go to this place! I got my moms birthday gifts from here and she absolutely loved them all! Greats Prices are it’s so worth the outcome, And she walks you through every step! Even if you change your mind 100 times! I must say every occasion that comes up I always find myself in her shop, my ideas and my wishes always turn out perfect even if it’s her first time doing it! And I’m definitely planning on getting more for mother days.

THE BEST PERSONALISED SHOP IN BIRMINGHAM, WEST MIDLANDS! I spent 6 hours in Birmingham around the Bullring and Small Heath looking for a personalised key ring service and no shop in Birmingham does them! I was really giving up until I found this shop and no one could say the name but all they knew was that this shop does the keyrings. Remember the name PAM’S LOVE AND ROSES! One of the best personalised shops in the UK! Ali served me and they were near to closing time! Ali sacrificed his time for his other projects with other customers in order to serve me. He not only managed to make an absolutely fantastic personalised keyring for me, whilst I waited but also finished all his other projects on time too. The store closes at 6pm but the lovely lady and Ali waited until our key ring was finished and they left the store open until 6:40pm so they can see a customer leave happy from their store! This shop needs a lot more recognition, and you should look to no other shop in Birmingham for your personalised banners, keyrings, baloons, hampers and lots more! Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Excellent service ordered a personalised canvas last minute and they made it there and then with me hanging around in the shop.. canvas was well worth what I paid for it and excellent friendly service would highly recommend
