The manager Sarah was just superb during visit at the Ryman store today. She is so excellent in her customer service that I cannot describe it into just few words. I wanted to deliver a parcel to Bangladesh and I was completely clueless regarding this matter. Sarah had patiently guided through the entire process. It took me more than 30 minutes to finish the process. Sarah was helping me out whenever I needed her and she was helping out other customers at the same time. She was perfectly multitasking every work. Sarah is a perfect manager for a busy shop in Birmingham town centre where staffs have to deal with clients from different countries. She is a guardian angel for me today because I needed the help and guidance to send some urgent parcel and I have just got 100 percent support from manager Sarah. Thank you so much Sarah. You are such an wonderful person.

There is only one coworker in the shop at a time, so the queuing times can be quite long, as they also have a separate counter for picture printing and post. Other than that, it's a good tiny shop in city centre :)

This little store was cramped for space but it is situated within walking distance of all three Birmingham city centre railway stations. Their is a wide range of stock including magic white board. It is idea to pop in if your on your way and need stationary

I tend to have a good experience in this stationers. Last visit a staff member went out of her way to see if a specialist item (called a hard drive enclosure) could be stocked there in future! (Unusually good service for Birmingham City Centre). The store is crampt and they didnt actually sell the item I wanted ... But with Maplins now gone, they could pick up alot of trade (on smaller office electronic items). Recommended.

Usually quiet but sometimes it feels like they need staffs. Last Tuesday I went there around 3.00pm to post a letter through DHL. Had to wait for a while to get the job done.

Properly helpful. Have had two or three documents printed and bound here now and each time staff have been immensely helpful.

Staff took an unnaturally long time to complete simple tasks but at least they were friendly and well stocked
