Went in-hand gel at bottom of stairs- and were seen straight away. The assistant took us straight to what we wanted and put a mattress for us to try. They had a similar one for us to buy and it was carried downstairs ready for us to take home. They do deliver for a fee. Clean and pleasant and plenty of choice. We have bought from them for years. Not sure if there is a service lift for disabled access.

I always think the real test of any company is how they react when a problem occurs. We've had our bed for about 6 months and noticed the stitching was coming undone on one edge of the mattress, after emailing, they replied swiftly and courteously and the mattress was replaced a week later. Great customer service

Had a wonderful experience here today. Both ladies were fantastic and had a wealth of knowledge. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and once we were ready we were confident we’d made the right decision with their help. I ordered brand new double bed complete with headboard and mattress and another brand new mattress for my other bedroom. The lady who helped me at bed warehouse was very knowledgeable and helped me choose without pressure. Everything came today Saturday as promised. The lads took the old bed headboard and 2 mattresses away and fitted new bed and placed mattress in the other bedroom. They were both very quick and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend the bed warehouse to anybody looking for new beds as prices were very reasonable. Another happy customer. Keep up the good work.

Great selection and excellent service. When our bed was delivered we found that one of the drawers wouldn't close once it had been opened. We returned to the shop and they arranged for someone to come and have a look at it. On inspection they decided the section needed to be replaced, so it was ordered and delivered. No fuss, no questions. Most other retailers could learn from them
