Fabulous service from sale to delivery. I purchased an ottoman bed and mattress and also a king size mattress. Fantastic advice was give when purchasing these. The price was extremely affordable and the personal service was a refreshing change to elsewhere. The goods were delivered when they said they would be and the bed was erected efficiently and speedily at no extra cost. Top rate friendly, affordable, knowledgeable and fast. Look no where else these are the guys to go to for all your bedding needs. Cannot fault them. Thank you VIP for making the process so easy, I shall certainly recommend you to family and friends. 🙂🙏

Bought yet another bed from here and once again first class service and product at a good price. Please make sure to support good local business', it really is worth it 👍 The service my mother received was 1st class. She recieved a better product at a cheaper price than Bensons and delivery was excellent, on time and not overpriced.....to 150 miles away in Wales!!! I have shopped there on several occasions over the years and have always been happy. Will always go here first in future.

Linda helped me choose my new mattress, I dont like memory foam, so she showed me the best of the rest. Quality at a very competitive price. Great delivery, came as promised, took away my old mattress. Put my mattress on my bed frame aswell. Will be back for hubby's mattress! Would recommend to everyone, try them out, dont buy online,.Fabulous mattress, be having some early nights.

We've always brought our beds from here. Only had problem with one particular bed which I had to fit together but wrong part was sent by manufacturer twice. Got fed up and asked VIP for a refund which they did straight away. Nice people and offers good advice

I would just like to say a big thankyou, upon visiting the store Noel gave us all options for a mattress, he didn't pressure us at all , and due to him being so good at his job And polite we ended up buying a whole new bed , loved this experience and would recommend anybody that needs a new bed to go here, he gave me a time he would deliver and it was there on the dot , and fitted it , I am a manager from a big plc company and I shall be using this experience in some of my meetings with staff, everything from walking in the shop to having my first proper sleep in this delicious bed I can not fault , brilliant experience as a customer and will never forget the friendly experienced customer service ,well done VIP beds Mr Ian orton

We were recommended by our neighbour who'd had a bed made to meet medical needs. We were after a double Ottoman Divan Storage, having ordered one on line and then not receiving it because the company went into receivership. My husband and son visited VIP Bedding on Tyburn Road, our son got to try a range of beds and mattresses and was able to pick the fabric he wanted and Noel couldn't have been pleasanter or more helpful. Noel ordered the bed then and there and promised delivery the following Saturday (1wk later). When we went in to pay for the bed the next day we ordered ourselves a new mattress and again Noel was so helpful and able to give lots of information.....both our son's bed, mattress and headboard and our mattress were delivered as promised and Noel even helped carry them up the stairs. We will definitely go back if we have any future bedding needs and would highly recommend the quality of product, the cost and the customer service....if only all businesses treated their customers this way.

Simply bought a great bed ,purchase was easy delivery day came the manufacturer had sent the wrong base these things happen but the shop delivered the bed and set it all up with the promise of a change over in 5-7 days, look things go wrong the owner did exactly what he said and turned up with the correct base and installed it the bed is Quality half the price of the big stores , my rating is the best I can give because when things go wrong and they do it’s how we put them right that counts A++++ well done and thank you .

After driving around most of the day I had almost given up trying to find a bed for a decent price. My mum then mentioned this place so I gave it a go and what can I say.. I am so pleased ! Noel was lovely I got the divan bed I wanted with storage and a headboard at an unbeatable price! He delivered as promised on Monday so only a 48hr wait and the headboard was ready to be collected on thurs. I would recommend everyone to try here ! I personally won’t go anywer else from now on.
