L. N.I always go in for one thing and end up buying a basket full. Excellent prices, brilliant choices. I love the cleaning products. Especially the fabulosa brand my favourite fragrance is the electrify it smells so good. The bin powder is great keeps my bin smelling good and absorbs any liquids making cleaning the bin much less hassle.
D. J.It's supplies great quality furniture which is easy to build and everything I've built is strong, strong enough to hold a 65L tank for my turtles
H.Always wanted to visit this b&m as the largest in the UK and it was great. Allow yourself plenty of time to have a look around. The lady who was helping us with our shopping went above and beyond. We wanted to purchase and egg chair and she really did try to help us, unfortunately these chairs will definitely only fit in a van.

It had almost everything you can think of, Ambiance, Furniture, Garden, Electronics, Toys, Hardware, you name it.
This is alot bigger and better in comparison to the BNM in tower Park, although both are good value for money and decent shops.
One useable lift in store to reach "Home Furniture" and limited capacity, so could be a potential for a long queue, lots of tills and staff were super friendly! Definitely reccomend!
R. (.*** Everyone make sure to check your receipts. Please check your receipts. This is not the first time I encountered this issue or problem. *** B & M stores are unable to get their prices correctly matched to the products being sold. They prices displayed on the shelf I'd lower than the price you pay at the tills so please BE AWARE ! The excuse they give is unacceptable since the prices displayed is incorrect and done by their own staff but they still deny this and refuse to give you the product at the price displayed whatever that maybe and refuse to apologise for their own mistake. This is a shame because it was once a great store but not in current times. This also happened in the B&M store in Salisbury too. Queues are building up on tills and there is only 2 tills open and customer service is lacking below acceptable standards. However there is room for improvement should the management of B&M wants to do anything. Thank you and have a great day but be aware and vigilant that you are not being charged over the top. 👍
T. T.If this store has what you are looking for that is good but if you see something on their website or need something specific do not bother wasting your time. They do not know what is in their stores, they can't order things in for you and the customer service takes days to reply and does nothing to help. I have been to this store for an item that is shown on the website, bought 2 trellis panels but returned for more and the space for the stock is still empty and has not been available since the beginning of May. Now I will have to try to go to another company to buy trellis panels which I hope will match the ones from here but not over confident because the trellis was the best we found anywhere. Don't buy here unless you can get all you want because they haven't a clue if they will get anymore in the future or if they have any now!

B. F.Don't you just love these stores. A perfect play ground for folk. Full of must have items that you didn't realise that you needed in your life. Parking is busy where the store is located but turns over very quickly so worth a visit....well I haven't visited during school holidays ...but there again I avoid anywhere during school holidays ...
