Just had a bed delivered by Bournemouth Bedding, very impressed with the service. Put the new bed in the bedroom, put it togeather, took away all rubbish and even took away old bed and mattress free of charge. I couldn`t find what I was looking for, but this company offer a wide choice of materials, colours & storage so you can tailor a bed to your requirements and within your budget. Very knowledgeable, helpful, staff. My bed was made in England and delivered within 5 days. Can`t fault this company and would definitely buy from them again. Very impressed.

You won't be disappointed with the high level of customer service you will receive at The Bournemouth Bedding Centre. The choice is fantastic with beds and matresses to suit different budgets. The staff are knowledgeable and give you all the information you need in order to make a decision. I didn't feel rushed and was able to take my time when deciding which mattress to buy. The delivery was prompt with friendly, helpful staff who put the mattress on the bed and checked I was happy before taking away the old mattress. We are lucky to have such a fantastic bed shop in our area.

Really lovely staff, have no complaints there. And they definitely treat their customers well. 3 stars because unfortunately, the bed we purchased here, despite taking all the necessary care as guided when first purchased, the springs started breaking in the mattress and i have had it for less than a year. Quite unfortunate as this bed was not cheap.

Made an enquiry on their website one evening, following day they got back to me. A very clear voicemail, importantly identifying themselves & the company. Very helpful answers to my queries, good range & prices. Yet to visit, certainly impressed with their clear & helpful response.

Brilliant Service It is so nice these days to have such fantastic service, we purchased a new bed from this company, the salesman in the shop was so helpful and obliging looking after our needs. Within a few days the new bed had arrived and the two guys who delivered it were very professional and courteous and made sure everything was delivered and fitted perfectly. Really good to deal with a shop, where staff really know their stuff. Ended up spending nearly two grand on a top of the range bed. We will definitely go back to replace mattresses for other beds. And recommend them to other people.

I visited 2 well known and well advertised bed shops, both offered two week delivery on most products and staff knowledge was poor (well it was Sunday). Decided to try local shop as last resort, what a fantastic experience! I explained my requirements and budget and was given 5 options immediately, delivery on most was “next day” and FREE, and FREE disposal of old mattress. I should add that I did sell beds myself in the past and all the information I was given was consistent with what I already knew. Excellent service! Fantastic price! No pretentious “Special Offers”.

I couldn't make it to the store so a lovely gentleman guided me through the options available after giving my do and don't want list. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. Very quick delivery. Free delivery and removal of old mattress. Polite and friendly delivery men. Installed into bedroom and cleared all the packaging. Reasonable prices too. I would definitely recommend too others.
