They are very helpful in store going through the choices of carpets available, always quick to come out and measure, quote us and great service when they come to fit, very tidy and efficient. D. T. (.My mum paid £1600 for carpet for 2 rooms great quaility carpet well fitted. How ever i asked for the door to be cut if they needed in this price.the fitters said it would be fine and tread down.my mum is 78 and 6 weeks later she is still having to push fhe door open with her weight using her shoulder.i called and asked for some support reminding the shop i asked for this in the price. 5 days later was told it would cost £40 to come out and sort this out . Made me sad not much customer service in that reply considering how much was spent. I wont be reccomeding this shop to any of the older cuatomers in the complex my mum lives in even though she has had some many comments how lovely the carpet is

K. W.I've used the Flooring Factory a few times. Big showroom with lots of choice amd various price ranges. Found salesmen to be very knowledgable but can be rather busy at times. Their fitters did an amazing job on the Karndean laid in my hallway and kitchen. I often recommend to others who are always happy with the finished product.
