P. B.Great local pet shop for me, I bought a rain coat for my dog which didn't fit so they changed it for a smaller one, then she wouldn't walk in it so they let me change for a completely different one with no hassle!
a. c.From the outside I thought I wasn't going to get what I wanted I got what I wanted and more what lovely staff so helpful might help if you bought the Christchurch store to see how it's done I will certainly be going back there
r. w.Ease of parking specially if you have a bulky purchase to make . Staff friendly and my dog Poppie was offered a treat on arrival which she eagerly excepted . Covid restrictions were to the letter and as for prices you might find them a little cheaper elsewhere online but time you pay p+p I found worked out more than the Pets At Home prices plus the hassle making sure you are in for the delivery

The kids loved being able to get up close with the rabbits and hamster, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the workshop and the staff for their knowledge and care.
