We needed a new body board and made our way to Sorted Surf Shop; received great advice when choosing the right size and board level for my son. Great range of surf boards, body boards and skateboards (and probably others), lots of great clothes and boarding accessories. Top service!

Really good shop, the manager is such a friendly guy. The shop on sea road is better than the one on the sea front, the young guys who work the sea front shop were a little ignorant. But all in all, one of my new favourite shops.

Shipping Refund Issue - great at refunding for item *but no luck with refund for shipping via Paypal* That is made via their Paypal option! Costumer is left to figure out why Paypal hasn't activated the feature, more trouble than is worth when you have to try something on and return. Still I would stay with Amazon for clothes shopping as their return is straight forward.

We had a 2hr private group paddle boarding lesson with Sarah for a hen party. Sarah was an amazing teacher, no pressure laid back style and happy to go as slow or as fast as each individual wanted. We even swapped to try surfing for a while. Amazing value for money. We loved it x

They were absolutely wonderful. I ordered a wet suit for my son for Christmas and they suggested the next grade up and gave it to me for the same price as the one originally ordered. Jeff promised me it in time for the weekend before Christmas as my son was off to South Africa and I got it next day delivery. I ordered a wetsuit from these guys and had no shipping email a few days later so decided to call them up. The man who answered the phone was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get my wetsuit sorted out for my trip in the next few days! Turns out the wetsuit I had ordered was on back order from the factory but he offered to ship me (next day delivery) a similar one for a slightly higher price and cover the cost so that I was sure to have a suit for my weekend away! Top service and will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Ordered a rash vest for my daughter for Delivery to Dubai. not only were they the cheapest by far on the web (item was on sale) the Item Arrived in a week. Also as they never charged VAT (not applicable on Countries out of EU). the net delivery costs were cheaper than having it delivered to my Parents UK address. Superb service, I can highly recommend this shop and I will be bookmarking their site for anything else I require in the future. Great Job for a local UK specialist shop having a Global reach.
