We visited for the first time this morning supposedly window shopping for a wet-suit for my wife. Trying on wet-suits backed with professional advice is important to get the right suit. Both Robbie and Dean, the guys we dealt with were great and very helpful. Tried a few suits and came up with a perfect fit. Window shopping became a SALE! Walked out of the shop and my wife remembered the beach robe. Back inside we go and end up with a super Robie beach robe. Having spent some time in the shop I cannot recommend them highly enough. Every customer they dealt with was well looked after whilst we were there. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Definitely recommended, if you need anything in this line. buy it here.

This place is easy to find and free parking. They have a relaxed attitude, no pressure and Dean could not do enough for us. He brought different styles, sizes and made the whole experience amazing. I even bought the Wife one. Thanks and we will be back soon.

The staff are amazing at looking after you. I walked into the store to buy 2 wetsuits for my boys and I had the full attention with advice from a member of staff. My boys must have tried on about 5 different wetsuits each, untill they got one that fitted. If you are looking for a wetsuit then definitely give this place a look.

I visited for the first time this morning looking to purchase my first wetsuit and surfboard. Trying on wetsuits can be a really daunting thing I certainly didn't know enough to commit to buying without advice, I asked for a reasonably priced summer suit - I've attached a photo of the suit I went for (£109) it has long arms but shorts in the legs just personal preference The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable regarding boards and suits I feel like they worked to my budget perfectly, left happy with a 7' egg board with fins and a 2mm summer suit

Great place for one stop shop on watersports Wear, I needed two shortie wet suits for my teenage kids and the staff were very helpful and got a couple of nice wet suits to meet my budget. Nice size changing rooms to try on wet suits. All in all great experience shopping there. I would highly recommend.

I've bought a couple of suits and lots of accessories (hoods, gloves and boots) as well as wax from the store over the years. Recently I had a problem with some failed stitching/ glue on some xcel infiniti boots during their first use but they were replaced no problem there and then as soon as I went back in. Recommended. I had problems paying with PayPal online on the Sunday morning, Rang in and spoke to wetsuit staff(Tim) he checked personally the item was in stock then took my details payment etc and true to his word said it would be with me by Tuesday, I was kept unto date with receipts and delivery time and £35 cheaper than anywhere else I would definitely use again Thank you

Dropped in to pick up two wet suits, and was really pleased with the service I received. A great selection of suits available and the young lady who helped us made sure that we had options available. Nice little shop, hidden away at the end of a little industrial estate - you wouldn’t know it was there unless you were looking. But if you need a suit or other surfing / sailing equipment, give this place a shot. Recommended.

Top service! I am so pleased with the service I received here yesterday, the staff were so incredibly helpful even though it was busy. I was asked my size and activity and they returned with a wetsuit from the warehouse for me to try and I had to go down as size (my estimation was well out!) Excellent customer service, very knowledgable staff, so much choice and very reasonable prices! Thoroughly recommended. I am not a standard size (tall) so it is always a pain to get any clothes to fit properly. However, the younger guy (sorry, I do not remember his name) working here was so very helpful! I must have tried about 9 different wetsuits. Even though it took about 2 h between him helping me an other customers, I finally found THE perfect wesuit which in the end was shipped to me as it had to be ordered from the distributor. Totally worth it.

I got lucky and found this place only a few miles from home with a huge stock and really helpful staff who helped me quickly buy my first suit and a few accessories. Highly recommended and I'll be back again soon enough. If you can, try to visit in person as it's really worth it.

EDIT .This problem was quickly responded to; I also must add that their range and prices are very good, and the best fitting suit that I have owned came from them, but......edit......Went there today to buy a new winter and possibly a bargain summer ( £ 300/400), having spent £100's there in the last 4 years ( I have a locals discount card at parent shop, Sorted Surf) only to be totally ignored, with only 1 other customer there, and at least 3 members of staff. No hello, no I'll be with you in a minute. UPDATE. The owner did reply to me immediately, whilst aboard, followed by the manager, so fair play, rating changed up to a four.

We ordered 6 x wetsuits for our holiday in Scottland Highlands all the wetsuits were in great condition, except one that some of the stitching had come loose by the knee. I contacted Jeff and they went out of their way to have a replacement wetsuit delivered to our Holiday Home before we even arrived. Mistakes happen but it's great companies like The Wetsuit Centre that turn these mistakes arround. Well done to Jeff and The Wetsuit Centre Team!

I needed a very good 5/4 wetsuit to windsurf the Dutch winter seas. I vouch for the team of the Wetsuit centre because: 1) Price/quality of their wetsuits is top 2) Service is very personal and overall great - from the phone and supporting my endless questions about quality, seams, flexibility and differences in models till actually discussing winter accessories and the return policy 3) Shipping to the Netherlands rocked - took 5 days including ordering date - wetsuit was very well packed in a double DHL premium bag...what can i say - opened it wetsuit smelled sweet and was almost uncreased...just awesome Big thanks and i recommend the shop and their team!
