Perfect shop for pets and pet services. Pets Vet services, pet food, accessories, pet homes etc are available. You can buy Rabbits(8-10wks aged),hamsters and guinnipigs from here. Fish tanks ,fish and accessories are available too. You can also buy cat/dog and bird foods,bird nest etc.

I have visited this store many times for aquarium supplies and pet supplies . From the minute you walk through the door am greeted with smiles and staff asking if we want help with anything. We have recently adopted a new rescue puppy .we were welcomed at the tills by a young female employee called SOPHIE. She guided us through the app on my phone and the offers available for puppy care . She was genuinely interested in giving us so much information about what was available to us as new puppy owners . Wow SOPHIE you are a sincere , wonderful person who has a love for dogs and making sure we were fully aware how the VIP app would help us . We were touched and overwhelmed by this wonderful lady . It's helpful having the vets and somewhere to purchase products for your furry friends. Personally I have found the staff to be really helpful, knowledgeable and really friendly. Everyone seems to be ready with a smile...how lovely.

The pets in the shop have plenty of space and all clean. We brought 2 guineapigs and the young lady that served us was polite very helpful and informative . Even helped carry the cage etc to the car . No complaints at all

I had to take my cat last year when we went into lock down he had an infection in his front paw. The vets were absolutely amazing the care they show to owners and pets was so reassuring. I decided to book my cat to get neutered due to him fighting all the time I can honestly say I was so worried but though out the staff in the vets and the vet was outstanding they amazing Pete at home staff are friendly and helpful. They have an amazing low price section where I always look for hard rubber balls unfortunately the website really lets the name pets at home down it is the most annoyingly frustrating website. I don’t mind going into store it’s just a bit out of the way now it’s moved. I have to mention the store is always immaculately clean which is not usually the case for pet stores but I take my cat and dog in so it’s really reassuring that they are safe in the well cleaned store 😷💛💙🐈🐕‍🦺🐾 thank you from Sam and tiger
