Amazing customer service! I went in today to get my daughter her first reptile. The staff were so helpful and knowledgable, they built the tank for ke, made sure i knew what to do and i was comfortable with the bearded dragon. They even let my reptile mad daughter hold a chameleon. I will defintely be going back there for all the future food/equipment.

I like this pet shop as the owner/main man is very knowledgeable. I do not buy the reptiles or exotics as they are not my thing but it can be seen they are all well looked after. Rats are my poison. All the rats I have bought have been in excellent health and had good long lives.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I've had a snake and frilled dragon off them. I visit the shop often, yes there's a smell but it's an animal smell. All the enclosures are clean, I've personally never seen any flies.

I've been going there for years I bought 3 hamsters and 2 bunny's and 4+ fish from there amazing quality but only thing is the hamster cages they sell are rather small and should get larger ones.
