To begin with, this is #1 place I go for any kind of creative endeavours, wide range supplies, quality and price - exceptional! To add, staff is highly helpful, fun and super friendly!! Also I’d really like to express SPECIAL THANK YOU, to a super zen guy who assisted me today in creative/philosophical struggles finding charcoal paper (dude, your professional insights but super supportive approach and rather human to human interaction made my whole day, THANK YOU - if I were your boss, I’d give you a medal!). I signed up to their rewards scheme when I first started shopping there. This review is based on the policy they have and not the lovely attentive staff. I am quite poor so I cant afford to go back to the shop as much as I would like so I thought the points scheme they have would be a great investment down the line. I went to redeem some points only to find that they have a time limit of 2 months. I was hugely disappointed by this. I had been saving these and wasnt informed until it was too late, even if I had an email saying these points will run out I'd have made an effort to use them. I will still continue to shop there and would recommend it as they have a great selection and like I said lovely staff. They need to either extend the time limit on these points or at least send a reminder email that they will expire.

Popped into Cass Art Brighton yesterday (a Sunday) to buy some supplies and was very ably attended to by Jake. Within about 30 minutes we found everything on my shopping list. The store is well stocked, the service excellent.

Really great shop with super helpful staff. For an artist the price match feature is really good when you're on a budget. If you're looking for spray paint in Brighton this is the best place as they hold a good range if MTN 94 and Montana gold.

Probably the cheapest quality art shop you'll find but the reason why I only gave 4 stars was because the lack of stock. Alot of items are taken off shelf's such as marker sets resulting a very limited selection left to choose from as they have downsizied allocated areas. I also feel sometimes they have too much of the same stock that never sells (like kids craft) which makes me wonder why they would choose to decrease a popular section for some products but not others that usually have dust on them? (yes actual dust is collected on some products) The shop gets dull and may not have what you purchased last time to top up because of this. For that reason if you don't need urgent supplies your better off online fo most of it.

Fantastic selection of high quality art supplies and friendly staff, only negative thing about this shop is the high prices. Even some of the items on sale were still extremely expensive.

There is a large amount of artist materials and tools here. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is just off the lanes and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes which can be quite handy.
