Not my normal shop, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Wall to wall Games and Digital. Very efficient and very friendly staff. Terrific trade-in on all things Mobile/Tech. Easy access.

As small the shop is there are many choices around. Staff friendly but could be more attentive. Seems like sometimes they don't know their own stock. Overall they doing an amazing job of you ask for it. Definitely recommend.

I wish I'd got the name of the guy who served us, green T, glasses. He was really helpful. I was getting a console for my daughter's birthday so a larger than normal purchase... The chap broke down pros and cons and made recommendations - his recommendations weren't all upsell ones either, just sound advice. Really excellent service. Thank you, my daughter will be thrilled 🙂 Another visit today and another great server, glasses, grey hair, brown beard - chatted about love of horror, really nice customer experience ❤️

It's the same as most of their shops with a good variety of products. The staff seem fed up and during the covid-19 pandemic they were not allowing anyone in the shop whilst all the other shops were fine with it, this deterred alot of customers.

Until now my experience has been negative with Game in Bristol and Eastbourne, but the Brighton shop has the best customer service in the country. I visited the shop on Saturday and Phil was amazing, he was knowledgeable and helped me with all my queries!

A greasy haired youth with nothing better to do who just dropped out half way through a degree with a manager who did the same 20 years ago? Well you're in luck. Nonchalant and dispondant service will deliver you to exactly the right computer game and accessories you need to distract your self from your own life. Just like the customer service assistants did for themselves. Whether it's killing zombies, robots or other cultures you're sure to find something that ticks the box. Get away from it all while your partner does something similar in another store in the same shopping centre like the the apple store or one of those clothing retailers that will make them feel beautiful right up until the moment they pay and leave the shop.

The only flaw in my opinion is the fact that they persist in trying to sell used smartphones and tablets that have prices that do not comply with the laws of the market (which is why it does not win the fifth star).
