M.Icebusters were a godsend when I worked at the Grand in Brighton, we had a temperamental ice machine (for many years 🤦♂️) and Mark was always on hand to save my bacon on numerous occasions, always with a smile and a joke. Never once did he let us down and can't recommend them highly enough. Delighted to see they are still going strong after 20+ years and wish I had a supplier like them in the area I now work in.
S. S.I been using ice busters services in all the venues I manage since I move to Brighton 6 years ago. Their costumer service is impeccable and they always go the extra mile for you, even if it mean deliver far away from their route or come after hours because you run out of ice. I occasionally forget the times of the deliver and mark or his staff always call me when they are close to my venue to see if I need anything. I can’t count the times they came to save my my day after they finish their shift! Amazing team and service, can’t recommend them enough, plus alway a good chat! Xx

Nothing is ever too much trouble, whether it is a small delivery out of hours or a last minute delivery, they are always accommodating. They have supplied us with ice for functions all over Sussex & Kent as well as regular supplies in & around Brighton. We never use anyone else as they offer an absolutely first class service!
