As a home stager / interior designer I require quality AND volume as I may have to provide beds for several projects at one time. Simply Beds Sussex provide a huge range of lovely beds at extremely competitive prices. I have searched the local market-place and nowhere else compares in terms of quality, range and cost. The customer service is excellent and both Luke and Lauren have extensive knowledge of all their products. I use Simply Beds Sussex for all my installations, including showrooms and home staging projects for developers and home owners, but I also recommend to all my friends as I know they will receive a great service and product. Great service from luke at simply beds,we picked up a small double bed frame which was surplus stock,flat packed fits straight in your car. It's perfect for my daughters needs when funds are low,couldn't recommend this company enough,so polite and helpful too. Thankyou. Will be recommending that you give these a first choice for a first class service.

Quite simply superb from start to finish! Excellent service, really fast manufacture, great after sales, well priced, excellent delivery and construction (the delivery guys were very good indeed) and an amazing bed / mattress. Really couldn't have been any better. Highly recommended. Don't bother looking around elsewhere, I spent several hours researching local places and Simply Beds are by far the best. Post Script (Jan 2022):- We were so pleased with our bed and the exceptional service from Simply Beds that we ordered a second one to replace an old bed. Once again everything went very smoothly including the very proficient delivery and assembly which was kindly arranged for us at a convenient time. Do not bother going anywhere else for a bed in Sussex they have a large selection of beds that are hugely interchangeable to suit all pockets. Fantastic personal appointment service and for the quality of stock the prices are ridiculously affordable We selected a ottoman double that was half the price of an obviously inferior example literally 5 minutes away.Delivery was within the quoted time frame and bed was assembled on site in professional safe manner all packaging taken away as well. I will never ever buy a bed elsewhere.

I was so impressed with simply beds. The prices are the cheapest I’ve found anywhere else the show room allows you to look at the mattresses and to lay down and feel the firmness, I picked a super king size a double and a small double and the total cost was still cheaper then the purchase of my last super king size mattress purchased on line. I will not go anywhere else now 🥰

Great quality mattress, absolutely love it! Lovely staff. However, we ordered it at the beginning of the month to be delivered at the end of the month (our choice) we selected a date and they said they would let us know a delivery time nearer the date. We selected it to be delivered on a Tuesday, by the delivery morning I had not had any update on the delivery time, so I contacted them myself, they advised me it would be between about 2-5 but said the delivery guys would let us know with a more accurate time when they knew (I gave them my partner’s number and asked they contact him as he was waiting in for it while I was at work, they said that was fine). There was no update throughout the day, the delivery guys turned up at 6pm and had apparently tried to deliver it on the Friday before but no one was in (we both work full time and had arranged for it to be delivered the following Tuesday). Great mattress, I really do love it, shame the service let the experience down.

I brought two single good quality mattresses at an excellent price then waited a few weeks for another company to deliver the kids bunk beds which when they came I realised one of the mattresses was to deep for the top bunk but it was no problem for these guys ( even on a bank holiday weekend !) I just simply returned one of the unopened mattresses and they exchanged it for me for an appropriate one and refunded me the difference with no problem, totally honest company and really nice people, I will definitely recommend and will be back for a king size for us soon
