I couldn’t be happier! I spoke to a couple of other companies and Sussex Blinds & Shutters were by far the most considerate, attentive and caring from initial measuring up, consultation and fitting. Natasha took time to talk me through some initial reservations I had about how the shutters would look on curved bay window and whilst on a call took out photos of my window and talked me through how they would look to reassure me. Nigel measured up so perfectly and precisely including re-fitting existing curtains on a new track which look even better than I had imaged. George who fitted was just a joy to have around and took time to talk me through how to use and take care of the shutters once installed. I am so pleased with the finished result, thank you!

Easy company to deal with from start to finish. Very professional, Jack who came out to measure up was polite and very informative, went through and explained everything. Quote arrived within two days., and we accepted. Fast forward to fitting day, the guys arrived on time brought there own indoor shoes, installed them quickly and efficiently, very friendly and cleaned up what little mess they had made. Highly recommended, made the process very easy, and the shutters look fantastic, wouldn't hesitate in using them again, thank you

Just had some new black out blinds fitted by Sussex blinds. Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff, really friendly and helpful. Had quotes from other companies and the staff here were by far the best and much more knowledgeable with their advice on the best products to suit what we were looking for. The blinds themselves were then expertly fitted by their fitter Ant who was polite and professional. After some bad experiences with other companies in the past I can safely say I won’t be going anywhere but Sussex blinds when I need some shutters for my house in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds or shutters, they’re by far the best company out there!

Have used Sussex Blinds since 2002 for all blinds on all the house windows and changed the blinds over the years. always professional, helpful, any issues sorted out quickly and with no fuss.
