**Update** My inital impression was correct, they are absolutely fantastic. After leaving my first review, Liam reached out to me almost instantly and mutliple times to ensure the siutation was resolved and was really helpful and understanding about the situation! Since then not only have I placed another order and recieved the missing item but I also plan on placing another order shortly for some back up vapes! Also I forgot to add in my first review that I love that they put a chocolate with every order, its a nice touch! So yes, there may have been a hiccup but they went above and beyond to resolve it. I will still recommend VapeUK to anyone and everyone that will listen! Not only do they have great prices, fast delivery and a huge variety of products, they also have fantastic customer service!! If you had asked me a week ago what I thought about Vape UK I would have sung their praises and recommended them to anyone that would have listened, in fact several of the people that I have recommened now use Vape UK. My partner and I started using them in June, having spent over £100 may I add and thought they were amazing, they have a huge variety of products, fantastic offers and the way they keep you updated about your order is great. However if you have an issue with them it's a different story I am giving a 3 star review due to my experience with customer service. I am a severely anxious person, not that they would know this so I hate to have to email and complain, but my recent order had items missing. I thought not a problem will send them an email with the proof of only 6 and my delivery note and they will help. Instead I recieved a few emails asking me questions followed by CCTV of a fully packed order, with no offer of a solution. I've been left embarrassed and humilated by being made to feel like a liar and still an item down...who goes out of their way to complain about 1/7 of an order if they were not telling the truth. I will add that i have recieved no further communication from customer service but i have recieved a notification that part of my order is being sent out to me, however i feel the damage has already been done. If I were to keep ordering from Vape UK I'd feel like I'd need to film every package being opened to cover myself just in case there ever was an issue, which is not the way you want to feel about a service you use on a monthly basis. Genuinely such ashame

After looking online for a nanostix vape I came across VAPE UK. I found out that they had a special offer on for a free device when buying the liquid. The liquid was for a good price meaning that this offer was a bargin. So i bought 4. I placed the order online and phoned them to confirm the order. I spoke to a polite person with excellent customer service skills and knowledge about their products. I received my delivery lees than 24 hrs later. They also threw in a free chocolate, very nice. I highly recommend this company so much they are far by the cheapest place to get vapes and customer service is amazing I did have a few vapes that were faulty but that wasn't their fault it was manufacturering but as soon as i let them know they sent me replacements the next day and the were lovely and caring and total understood and havent had any faulty ones since ..since I started using their vapes I haven't gone bk to smoking once.. I smoked for years and was smoking up to 20 cigarettes a day now I haven't touched a cigarette in over a year ..

Can't fault the team at Vape UK. Been getting deliveries from them for 6 months and the service is phenomenal. Any issues I have are resolved quickly and efficiently. I feel the need to say how good the response times on emails are, and the staff are always going above and beyond to offer the best service. Had dealings with Josh and Liam and both of them have been great. Had a couple of issues with their products but they can't be blamed for that as they are not the manufacturer. I raised an issue with Josh on Friday at 9.00AM , and by 10:30AM I was reimbursed and had an apology in my inbox. 5 star service all round. I genuinely have no affiliations with this company, I have ordered with other companies before, but I know now that I will not order from anywhere else! The customer service team here are incredible, they sort issues straight away. Although I myself have had no issues, my friend had a disposable that was faulty and this was rectified instantly by the team. They always give a free chocolate inside orders which is such a nice little touch and the packaging on these products is always done with care and checked by someone else, making sure customers are always getting what they ordered. What an amazing company. I stumbled across this company on google search and have been buying from them for almost 5 months, I would never shop anywhere else for vaping products now. I have had no issues with any deliveries or products purchased so I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in vaping, I quite like the complimentary small chocolate included in the delivery aswell, its a nice touch. They provide free 48 hour delivery but be mindful royal mail don't deliver on Sundays so weekends do take abit longer. Just walked in and waited a little while before staff served as a delivery arrived, but I must say I actually found the visit very welcoming and friendly for a vape store or vape outlet. I've been using vape UK for around 2 years now and absolutely love this company, they have a great selection of everything, the website is very easy to use, I can always find exactly what I'm looking for and I have never had issues with the contents of the delivery (packaged and protected very well!) The only downside for me is the delivery, their current courier just isn't reliable enough. I've never had a quick delivery, it's usually around 5-7 days for a 48hr tracked delivery. This won't stop me using them because, as I say, they are a great company. I really wish it could be 5 stars but until they have a decent delivery time, it'll have to stay at 4. I 100% recommend checking them out, just be prepared to wait around for your delivery.

I've used their online store now for a long time and I've never had any problems. The items are sent same day I order and I've even got them the next day. Having now moved to the Outer Hebrides, I'm use to companies refusing to post here but not these folks. They are fine with it and again I've never had any problems with them. Fantastic company! I made contact with this company by email after receiving a product I wasn't happy with. A representative from the company addressed the concerns I had and investigated the issue further and, to rectify the situation - sent me a replacement product as an apology. The overall experience with Vape UK was enjoyable, and in particular, their customer care went the extra mile! One of my orders, DPD, let us down, but Vape UK was very understanding rectified the issue with a full refund. Building trust and putting the customer first is not easy to find. However, they could do better filtering options of the products (currently you can only select a single value option, e.g. flavour-1 or flavour-2, multiple selection would be much better, e.g. to show flavour-1 and flavour-2 and ...). I would also like to see Vape UK expand their products' options to better serve advanced vapers, such as RTA/RDA options etc. Thank you!

I recently bought my first products from here. I’m a fairly novice vaper and had a few questions on receiving my device - all promptly answered. Then I ended up having various problems with liquid leaking etc (turns out it was user error I was using the wrong ratio liquid) but they were incredibly helpful giving me advice very quickly responding within hours to enquiries, which in the current climate is very impressive. Finally, it appears there might be a fault with my device so they sent me prepaid Royal Mail postage sticker and will see if there is a fault and if so offer me my money back or replacement device. They have offered me lots of advice if I wish to change to a new device which might suit me better. I will definitely be buying all my vape stuff from here now on!

Need to say I am in no way affiliated with anyone in this business as this is going to sound like a fake review!! These guys probably have the best customer service / response time / customer facing attitude ive had from any company in my life. No wonder they grew so big so fast. Literally could not find a fault with them, even questions online are replied as an individual - not a corperate response, and thats always backed up with "ask for me" when you come in so you dont have to repeat yourself twice. Today i got yet another reason to shop here when I followed up on an order through email and got a phone call from them directly explaining the delay (No fault of their own, just an unfortuante royal mail delay) I would HIGHLY recomend checking them out for your vape needs, honestly its so easy for these businesses to be neglegent in these crazy times and Vape UK take the care and time to make sure orders are correct and customer service is on point! 10/10 products and 10/10 customer service! Tip: pay for the DPD fastest delivery and more often than not get it next day. Royal mail tends to drop the ball a little especially in pandemic times (Which is entirely understandable)

Many stores i have been to have been high priced and set on pushing to sell.. does not feel quite right. However. Vape Shop Brighton, help and listen to your needs... they profile your taste and make recommendations that are usually spot on for you. The prices are fair on today's market, and there is great loyalty scheme earning cash back for future orders. It may be hard to find if you don't know what to look for as its half half, cartridge world and half vape shop Brighton. But I believe they are working on a new Shop sign. The thing is, VSB Is so in tune to your needs, there is no need to pressure you into buying anything. There is a very nice visual newsletter showing you new items and offers.. Taste station... don't get me started! The Taste station is full of the flavors you can try and no pressure into buying (like other places) there are testing bottles, wicking, tips and batteries to try. The market they work with at VSB are possibly the best selection of juices... always finding the most unique sort after juices available.. always researching and always brining in new awesome flavours.. Go down and see for yourself. Highly recommended. 5 stars all the way!
