Visited today to buy an adjustible bed, mattress and cool touch pillow at the Dreams store in Brislington. I was served by Daniel. The staff here are helpful, the service is top notch, no pressure you can take your time to try before you buy. I visited last week to look and try. I knew what I wanted because of my previous visit but was encouraged to get back on the bed again to make sure. I was offered a free mattress protector and a sizable discount. I am delighted. Waiting for my bed now. I will add another photo after delivery. I do have a negative comment to add nothing to do with the service today but I did try to buy online yesterday on Saturday Unfortunately the online system does not work. I called in on the phone line they were not helpful at all I was told to call back at the end of the day then on Tuesday after the Queen's funeral. I am so glad I went back to the store and didn't continue to use the online system.

Brilliant service and my partner and I really enjoyed the mattress finder simulator. A big thanks to Gareth for helping us find the perfect mattress. We didn't buy in store as had to go home and do some measurements, but have since purchased our mattress online. Credit to Gareth - I hope you can add this to your list of sales :)

Hats off to Dan at Dreams Brislington who found us our perfect mattress and bed. We came in late in the day, he clearly was busy doing some other errands but stopped immediately to see to us. We had no idea what we were after and didn't expect to buy anything but he was just great. Not your usual "salesman", he was just so knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Dreams also have a colour guide on what sort of mattress you may be looking for (basically cheap to expensive) and this is so much more useful than all the other stores we visited. Dan really was genuinely just a great guy. From the way he acknowledged other customers, to how he spoke to his staff and how he warmed to us. This review is coming from a couple who would usually do research in store and get the deals online. Dan is an absolute credit to the organisation and we'd not recommend anywhere else in Bristol to get your bed.

Looking for a new mattress again lots to choose from was left to walk around and was told if we need help to see some one at the desk. pricing was a bit difficult to work out and a nice lady explained it to us .

Couldn't have asked for better service as we bought our new bed and mattress. We knew very little going in, but our salesmans approach led us towards what we needed, though not necessarily the expensive options! Tailored to our sleeping needs. Very helpful young lady but prices are too high. Plus they advertise 60 percent off but when you go in, you discover it is only on 2 or 3 mattresses. Also I would question their knowledge base. They said never hoover a mattress, but after checking online, the manufacturers advise you too. In fact, Silent night sell a specific hoover for the job.

I think I’ve just had the best shopping experience ever! I wanted something similar to my old mattress and I needed it quick but couldn’t afford the new version so the team looked through their clearance mattresses for me and found I really well spec’d Mattress just like my old one within my budget. They were super friendly and I really couldn’t have asked for more! Over the moon!

Great store and very friendly staff, made to feel welcome and even got offered a cup of coffee. Great selection of beds, mattresses and bedroom furniture all with free delivery.

Was helped out by Gareth, very helpful chap and got me a ottoman and mattress I needed (Cotton, pocket sprung. Can't use memory foam (topper or mattress) as it'll be hot at night)
