I couldn't ask for a better experience in getting a mattress. I was needing a new mattress to a recent move but I literally couldn't decide what I needed. Only that I needed a near-firm mattress. Going into Dreams and started the process of hopping on each bed to see what I'd like. Dreams manager comes over and asks if I'd like to get a scan of my sleeping pattern and find out what mattresses are best for me. I got my scan and the got a short list of mattresses to try out without having to try each one! 3 mattresses later and I found the perfect one. The service was exemplary, and they provided all the information I needed to accept delivery of the mattress. I'm getting a perfect night's sleep as a result. Special shout out to James in Dreams for all the help!

Visited the store and used the scanning machine. Tom our very knowledgeable sales person, was very patient and gave us all the information to help us choose a mattress. It's being delivered in less than a week. Really looking forward to a perfect nights sleep very soon. Special thanks to Tom for being so helpful.

Very positive experience with Gareth at dreams on the weekend, knowledgeable, not pushy and invested time in helping us find a mattress that would suit. We didn't buy on the day but will return when ready to choose from one of the options he selected for us. Experiences like this give me hope that the showroom isn't dead and has a place alongside online shopping. Well done.

Speak as you find. Amazing service after the castors of our double bed somehow got lost after a house move. Not only were they replaced with no problem at all but there was no charge not even for delivery. Thats what I call good customer relations, oh and the bed is pd good too! Thanks to one and all. Really happy with the service I had from Zin at Dreams Cribbs Causeway today. He was super helpful and friendly. He didn’t rush me and wasn’t pushy. The staff are keeping to social distancing and PPE rules and ensuring that their customers are too which is great. Overall it was a straight forward and positive experience. Hopefully the bed and mattress that I’ve ordered will be at an equally high standard :)

I had a great experience here. I had to wait a while to enter the store, but once inside, I felt very safe with all the precautions Dreams are taking within their stores. I wasn't aware that appointment times could be booked, this would've saved time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Karolynne was incredibly attentive, listened to my joint pain needs and budget, and suggested the perfect mattress for me and my partner, whilst making sure all necessary COVID precautions were taken. When we mentioned we were buying a bed frame elsewhere but hadn't ordered it yet, she didn't try and sell us one of their bed frames which was greatly appreciated. Am very pleased with the overall experience! Would highly recommend, but if you are buying anything in store, I'd suggest booking an appointment online to ensure you don't have to wait around for too long.

Helpful assistant. Tried out new mattress sleep position electric sensor thingy! Bit odd lying on a mattress with the automated voice giving instructions & info, for everyone on the shop floor to see and hear!! Of course, they are trying to sell you expensive mattress so you have to be quite clear about your budget. It was useful to find out whether a soft, medium or firm one recommended, though. Then there came the additional sales pitch (although the assistant wasn't too 'salesy' to make me annoyed!) for the 'right' pillow (only £70!) and then a mattress protector (expensive one offered first, but did get a nice one for £12 (I like the ones with the 'skirts' rather than the cheaper elastic corner straps).

Staff were friendly, and very knowledgable. Compared to the usual sales experience you get in other companies, this far surpasses any I have experienced. I must say some of the comments I noticed on here really make people sound very entitled. Just remember that the people in these shops are doing the best they can and giving them a hard time won’t make your experience or their day any better. Great job! Can’t wait to order my next bed.

We had great service from Karolynne. Got us set up on the sleep match machine, which fits you for a matteress. Sleep match then gives you suggestions for which matteress's to try out, saves you time. Found our perfect matteress!! There was no pressure selling, Karolynne just showed each matteress suggested and left us to try it out in peace. Would recommend

We were looking for a new bed and had a couple of stores in the area shortlisted. Dreams was the first and shortly after wondering in a polite but non pushy sales lady approached us to see if she could offer any assistance. We explained what we were looking for and that we liked a particular bed/mattress. She then supplied us with a couple of pillows to try the bed as if we were lying on it to sleep-which was useful. We agreed on the bed /mattress and while ordering mentioned that Bensons were offering free pillows (as we wondered over to Bensons to check out prices) - so Dreams matched that. When the bed arrived the delivery chaps were amazing - they really work hard! Unfortunately, we believed we were buying a medium (as this is what the bed was labeled as in store) but we got a firm-medium. I rang customers services and they immediately sorted everything out so we could go to the store and select an alternative (as the mattress we chose only came in firm-medium ). After re-selecting another mattress, this was delivered (again free) and we are super happy!

Friendly staff and a wide variety of beds from different companies to try. A smaller selection of pillows and other bed equipment to buy. Reasonable prices and delivery options, awaiting delivery currently.
