Reviews of Farrow & Ball Bristol Showroom

Just called the shop in Clifton to order some paint to collect and was extremely impressed with the help I received from Lulu.
They didn't have all the paint in stock so she helped organise what we could collect and the rest to be home-delivered. Thank you.

Showroom is very well presented. Staff are very attentive and knowledgable, giving creative and unique advice. Thanks

Am updating my previous post: had problem after past good service from Clifton shop. Eventually sent complaint to F&B hq but didn't receive a response! However, after posting my concerns here, the Clifton shop did come back to me and I was happy with the resolution. In conclusion, F&B paint is very expensive and their customers shouldn't be taken for granted: hq take note!

Staff are very friendly despite the other reviews on here. Shout out to Tilly for all her help with complimenting colours and sorting a refund on a dodgy paint! By far my favourite brand of paint! The first coat always looks patchy and awful but I promise the second coat looks perfect!

Lulu’s brill, really helpful and nailed the recommendations!

Paint is expensive but very good quality and endless colours to chose from. Colours do not fade with time if you do have to touch up for some reason the colours will always match.
