Communication was great when I had queries and curtains arrived in 10 weeks. The pattern was well matched across all fabric widths and the header tape is good quality. Just a note, the 'normal' fullness looks very full on my walls (I have a 7 metre track and the curtains are 8.2 m width each) so I wish I had chosen 'less full'! Hopefully this helps those in future in selecting their fullness :-)

The curtains are fine, very well made, but they were delivered late after what was already a very long wait. It was very hard to get hold of them to find out what was happening, and when I finally did they said they'd ring me back and then forgot to. The price was also much higher than some longer, equally well-made curtains I got from a different supplier, who delivered in less than half the time.

I wanted William Morris custom Roman shades, and could not find them easily made here in the US. I am so glad that I went with Jane Clayton. We were initially just looking for Nina Campbell fabric online but ended up commissioning 5 x large self-piped cushions which turned up within the agreed time frame and were fabulous! I like to buy through your company, but this time I had the following surprises: - I had to call Jasmine several times, as she did not answer my emails. The telephone bill was high. - In an order of over 5,000 euros, as I wanted it to be dispatched to 3 different addresses in Portugal you wanted to charge me 3 times the costs of delivery, which I refused. - As some items where out of stock, they were dispatched only recently. I gave an address and you sent to a different one, which again generated a high bill as I had to pay to send it to the correct address.

Great samples service too - worth paying a wee bit to give yourself a good selection of samples, you really can't judge colours and scale of pattern from the website images, helpful as they are. And sales are well worth waiting for - you can treat yourself to beautiful and more expensive wallpapers than you could have afforded otherwise!

I am really happy with my cushions, perfectly made in my chosen fabric. I have ordered 4 more in a contrasting fabric on the strength of the quality of the first four. However, the first reason I can’t give 5 stars is that on two occasions I emailed and telephoned for help with the couriers tracking info showing that the goods were first being delivered on 17/8 then went back into ‘transit’ status for a week. I never had a response from Jane Clayton on this matter. I did get a reply prior though regarding order status. Secondly, I had a discount voucher that, frustratingly, I couldn’t use on the first order as it wasn’t a full price fabric albeit on the expensive side and nor could I use it on my current order as it’s short of the £150 limit.

I had a query about a certain wall covering and the staff member put me on hold while she quickly checked with the supplier on another line, so I didn't have to wait very long: good service.
