Had a very informative talk with the owner on what and how we wanted our frames finished. He listened to what we wanted and helped us by putting different coloured frames around the pictures we wanted. There was no pressure to buy and we felt complete at ease. You have to ring a bell for entry and may have to wait a few seconds. I'm not aware of a lift being available to get to the upstairs but the owner is only too happy to attend to customers downstairs.

Had a poster framed and it was excellent quailty and amazing value for money. The person I spoke to was very knowledgable, experienced and provided all round superb customer service. Definately would recommend.

Visited Keynsham Picture Framing Centre today to get a quote for 12 bespoke picture mounts for work to be exhibited at Southmead hospital as part of their Fresh Arts programme. As always I was warmly greeted by Mark and Will and in no time at all I had not one but two quotes for the work, enabling me to consider different options. Whichever option I take one thing I know for sure is that the quality of workmanship and materials used will be top-notch. In terms of service, knowledge craftsmanship and sheer value for money Mark and his team cannot be be beaten. I cannot recommend them more highly, 5 plus stars all the way.

I live in Bristol and it was so worth it to see these guys. I had a time limit and even tho they were really busy they made sure to fit me in. The service is so helpful and friendly, when I told them I was posting the painting they gave me the packaging I needed. The price is reasonable and the whole experience was a dream. Plus if you drive there you can park for 50p for 2 hours and walk straight through costa and you're there - so quick and easy - great for if you have a big package which is difficult to carry.
