We had a divan bed, wooden floor and carpets supplied and installed by Kustom and we’re over the moon with everything; we also keep getting compliments on these! Jake, Amir and the team have gone above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and provided endless advice and assistance, including outstanding post-sale care which has been greatly appreciated.

Kustom Floors were amazing! From the time I stepped into the shop till the time they fitted my carpets and wooden flooring, the journey was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and not too pushy. They gave me enough time to look around and showed me all their samples. They were impartial and honest throughout the whole process. The guys who came over to my property took all the correct measurements for me and fitted the carpets to exceptional standards. The quality of the carpet and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Thanks for the wonderful experience guys!

Got back to me so quickly with the answer! Then was measured accurately by someone ( sorry forgot your name). Then fitted by Nick , very professional, very friendly and very tidy.

We couldn't have been more impressed with the service, and quality of carpet we chose for our baby's bedroom. Amir was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and did a great job of listening to and understanding our needs, but without being pushy. His colleague was friendly and professional when visiting to measure up, and the fitters were in and out within 45 mins! They are even coming back to swap over the brass tread to an aluminium one, with no quibbles or extra charge. And the carpet looks perfect too - thanks Kustom Floors!

We have bought and had fitted wood flooring . From our first visit to the shop , estimating , purchase and then fitting a first class service . There were some delays in sourcing the product but the staff kept us informed through out and delay was only couple of weeks Also they were very competitive on price. I’ve uploaded a photo of the finished flooring

I'm so pleased with my new carpet! The quality is very good. The price was reasonable and the service offered, both in the shop and by the fitters was great. I like that they are not pushy in the shop, they have a nice calm friendly approach. I recommend them!

Unbelievable quality and the service... wow!! These guys really understand customer service and we benefitted from that ever since entering the store. Amir was very welcoming without being pushy, had superb product knowledge and made very welcome recommendations... never did I feel they were overselling. Quoting and any adjustments were very smooth and their estimates before being able to measure up were really accurate. We knew we wanted Karndean in part of the house and Amir suggesting we visit the Karndean showroom really helped us get the right colour scheme. We must have changed fitting dates 4 times due to our new build house delays and Amir was more than understanding, he just got it. They even stored our sofa for us when we encountered a further delay and we hadn’t even bought it from them! Nothing these guys won’t reasonably do! When we did get the keys Amir knew how quickly we needed the floor down and booked us in immediately despite being very busy... with Kraig the fitter working evenings (until midnight) and weekends to get the job done pre-Xmas. They knew what we’d been through with delays and wanted to do all they could at no extra cost. As for the quality of the work, they have the best voted fitters in the South West and you can see why. So meticulous and not a blemish over a four-storey house. That reassuring feeling when you can trust your workmen is what we all want. When there was a misunderstanding over flooring on one landing it was resolved the next day! Carpets wise Amir suggested we change our original plan and colour scheme and we’re delighted he did. I’ve bought and sold many houses but never come across service like this. Outstanding.

Brought a hassle free carpet from Bedminster and the whole purchase and fit from start to finish was hassle free Mitchell and Luke the carpet fitters did a fantastic job fitting the carpet which looks brilliant. Cleared up as though they hadn’t been there and left us very happy people. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I have had a superb experience with kustom; we bought high quality carpets (which were fitted superbly), dining room table and carpet runners which were competitively priced and of a really sound quality. The customer service was the major pro however, the guys could not have done more for us. I highly recommend!

We ordered an amazing 2 Seater Leather Chesterfield style sofa for our new kitchen/diner extension, it was delivered ahead of schedule and free of charge and has transformed the room. A fantastic company to deal with and would definitely return when we need our flooring sorted. 10/10

I had bought a lovely bedroom set from them but when it arrived we discovered that it wouldn't fit up our staircase. The delivery guys tried everything they could think of but at no avail. After going through the options with a member of their team their conclusion was that they can't help me with any substitute. Given the situation, they offered to give me a refund and even apologized profusely for not being able to do it on that day (Saturday afternoon) and that they will do it on Monday (which they did). I regret not being able to bring them my business because both their furniture and customer service are top notch. Could not recommend with more enthusiasm!

Kustom Floors team (from initial spec, through product recommendation, fitting, financials and after service) were fantastic for me, no idea what this "King" guy experienced below, recommend you ignore! Having considered some of the bigger brand names in retail parks, I opted for the personal service that Kustom gave me. Their approach made me feel confident in my purchase as an investment to my home. Karndean kitchen flooring and full Abingdon carpets upstairs look and feel superb. Lush. Thanks Kustom!

I just had to share and say what fantastic service I have received from the bedminster store I bought a chair today on one of the worse day but true to word they delivered it on time and the delivery driver couldn't do enough to help as we had problems getting it through door he was so helpful couldn't ask for better service .well done highly recommended . fantastic chair
