You can normally find what your looking for in one form or another but it is quite expensive. But the vets side of it is absolutely perfect! Lovely Vets, receptionists and staff. Really loving and caring towards the animals and always polite to the pawrents! Highly recommend taking your pet there!🥰

I had a very tough time last year with my cat Claude. The staff in both the store and the Vets(inside the store) were amazing to both me and Claude. I was there so often with him that they remembered him and always ask about him. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely staff. I went for a cat scratching post. Quite a few to choose from. The cat likes it! Loads of stuff to feed, clean, occupy, play with and spoil your pets.

Absolutely love my hamsters! But I do have to admit the hamster cage are awfully small! And the staff was ok. Also not very good advice :/

Very good advice given when i was looking for some food for my elderly dog (18 years old now) needed something for his sensitive stomach and skin. Also a nice selection of hoodies for dogs. Bought mine a nice grey hoodie which says rule breaker on it. That's him down to a T. Shop here all the time. Great job guys keep it up

Really good store. I usually get mice for my snake -only suggestion would be for them to put some pots in the freezer as they are all mixed up and it's difficult to find sizes I'm after or at the very least put the freezer higher up. The staff have always been very helpful and given relevant suggestions

Large pet shop including groomers & vets inside. The shop is good value for money with large variety of pet foods & treats. Disappointed with the Groom Room though they wanted to muzzle our puppy then said they couldn't groom her.They kept the deposit even though she wasn't groomed. We took her to a local groomers where she needed no muzzle & they had no problems grooming her.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I got a couple of rats, it's good fun to train them and form a bond. I've only had them a week and already got them using a litter tray and got them to come out climb on my hand, they were a little difficult for the first few days which is to be expected seeing and it's a new place with different smells, but bribing with treats helped a lot at them trusting me and coming out, so all in all, very happy. Also thinking about getting more :)

Just picked my Lhasa Apso puppy Buddy up from his groom & am thrilled to bits😀😀😀 Jade cut him to exacting requirements, he looked relaxed, happy & smelled better than some humans!! he needed a good cut on his body and Jade left exactly the amount id asked for as i didnt want him close clipped, id asked for a rounded puppy cut to his face as he looked too severe after a cut elsewhere previously.The atmosphere was calm & the team clearly are very good at what they do👏👏👏..Buddy snored on the way home so the pamper session did exactly what was intended. Thank you so much for his positive experience! Thoroughly recommended 5*

This petsathome is community located in the Abbey Wood shopping centre. The centre itself offers free parking and and lots of it so therefore you will not have any problems in finding a parking space. The petsathome is a nice biggest store with a good selection friendly staff and some great offers. Whatever you're looking for and whatever pet you most likely going to find something here. Giving its location and the proximity to other stores this is a great place to visit as you can combine different shopping needs and trips in one element very quickly.

My Son's Hamster died within 6 days of buying him from Pets at Home & he was heartbroken, complained to them & to be fair they were wonderful, Went back up & they gave my Son two Dwarf Hamsters, & a cage(which included Wheel, Feeding bowl & water bottle,House, ladder plus bedding, sawdust & food) ALL FREE :-) The lady who served us was very friendly & seemed sympathetic to my son's loss, really please they managed to put a smile on his face again( & mine)
