Well I don't think your store is doing to well on the last few visits, as you have done a good job of putting your Christmas stuff out, but you seem to have a massive problem keeping your sweet isles stocked up as we rely on them because my wife takes them to an old people's home where she dose hairdressing, which means we have pay a lot more at other stores. But in the end its your loss. 😉

First time to Vets and We are more than happy 😊 Nice place, friendly staff at the reception and admires to our Doctor Radev 🙏 The best we could have from him-attention, professional service, friendly, patient and our pets are not upset but just ok . Our Chow Chow had joint pain and bites but straight after therapy he is so playful 🥰 Our cat received microchip and vaccines and he even didn’t realise it and at home he is ok as normal ! We choose to use this location always now !Thank you everyone, Thank you Pets at Home 🙏♥️

Getting very expensive to buy from the tined wet food for my dog has gone from £13.99 to £19.99 a tray I now prices have gone up but I think that is a bit ott and my dog will only eat one kind of brand but the staff as always are very helpful

Lovely store, good parking access and wheel chair access. Not as many animals to see during the pandemic which is understandable. Few guinea pigs however and fish still.

Good parking right outside, lots of choice. If collecting an order it's at cash till at front of shop ready. On two floors, not sure if a lift to second floor. Very helpful staff, many people bring dogs in. I ordered special cat food, not in stock. Arrived free, at store, two days later. Near other large shops and Portishead Marina also.

Staff are usually friendly, there's always one that doesn't seem to be having a good day but I have had no problems with them. Only had trouble with a delivery being a week late,but that was down to the couriers as customer services did everything they could, just don't order anything on a bank holiday weekend. I like their ethos of not selling a pet to someone of they lack the proper housing materials for it.
